Waza expressed sympathy with the family of Syed Sallah-u-Deen, peoples
league delegation visited the bereaved family.

  Jammu Kashmir  peoples league chairman   Mukhtar Ahmad Waza  today
expressed sympathy and solidarity with the family Hizb-ul-Mujahdeen Supremo
Syed Sallah-u-Deen over the sad demise of his wife Tajeh Aapa

 .

On the occasion,  A delegation of peoples league visited the bereaved
family delegation was comperomised with Gulam Qadir Rah, Imtiyaz Ahmad
Reshi, Jaffer Kashmiri and Gulam Mohmmad Mir  who paid a glowing tribute to
buried soul   speaking on this occasion Imtiyaz Reshi said that deceased
lady has played a great role in the ongoing freedom movement. “It is
because of her contribution that Syed Sallah-u-Deen shab is fighting and
rasing voice against the India’s illegal occupation over the state besides
heading a forum because which Kashmir conflict got recognized at
international level.” He said.

Police detained Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in Islamabad, not allowed to visit martyrs families
Paid tributes to Islamabad Martyrs, expressed sympathy with Hizb Chief
 Srinagar, June 29: Police today again detained Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Mukthar Waza and not allowed to visit the families of martyrs-Shujat-ul-Islam, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khanday and Imtiyaz Ahmad Itoo, who were killed in cool blooded murder in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district on 29th of June in 2010.
Party spokesman, Imitiyaz Ahmad Reshi condemned police action and termed the action mere frustration of puppet authorities.
On the directions of Party Chairman, a delegation comprising Nazir Ahmad Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Shabir Ahmad and others visited the families of martyrs and paid glowing tributes to them besides expressing sympathy with the families. Senior APHC Leaders Mohd Musadiq Aaadil, Abdul Majeed Wani, Farooq Mamosi, Ghualm Hussan Mir also visited families of martyrs and paid rich tributes to them.
Earlier, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza In a statement said that the sacrifices of teenagers who were killed during this year are the supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri nation which will not be allowed to go waste.
“The innocent children, who fought back Indian troops during this ‘Year of Killing’ (2010) by peaceful means and achieved martyrdom, are supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri nation and world community must not underestimate these sacrifices.” Waza said, adding international community is more responsible for the Kashmir bloodshed than India.
Waza said that the International community has the responsibility of protecting fundamental human rights of each and every citizen living in any part of the world.
“In Kashmir India armed continues to commit grave human rights violations, Innocent Kashmiri youth are being killed on each passing day, torchoured, imprisoned as well as our sisters and mothers are being harassed just to suppress the ongoing freedom  movement.” Waza said, adding international community has maintained a criminal silence which is unacceptable.
He said that men in uniform involved in the cool blooded murder of three Islamabad innocent youth are roaming freely alike several others who are involved in the killing of innocent kashmiri people and have promoted instead of giving them stern punishment.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza also expressed symapothy and solidarity with family Hizb-ul-Mujahdeen Chief Syed Sallah-u-Deen over the sad demise of his wife in Souibugh Budgam yesterday evening. He prayed for the departed soul and said that contributions of all those mothers who deputed their dear ones for fighting against the India’s illegal occupation can’t be ignored.

Srinagar, June 27, 2014
Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today after Friday prayers addressed a huge public gathering in Kimoh area of Kulgam district.
Hundreds of men especially youth participated in the public gathering and raised pro-Islam and Pro-Freedom slogans. Amid high pitched sloganeering, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza who was accompanied by several party leaders including Nazir Ahmad Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Ghulam Qadir Rah, Jaffer Kashmiri,Er Fayaz Ahmad and others, paid rich tributes to the martyrs and pledged to take the ongoing freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
Addressing the gathering, Waza castigated India and its military forces for lashing a reign of terror by killing innocent youths. He said that Indian military forces have gone frustrated as after the passage of over 97 years they failed in crushing the pro-freedom sentiments of people through oppressive and suppressive tact’s.
“since 1947 the day when Indian military forces occupied the state illegally, they killed us, tourchered, imprisoned, enforced to disappear kashmiri youths, used rape and molestation as a tool for crushing our pro-freedom movement but still people of Kashmir with hope and determination of fighting peacefully for securing their birth right ‘right to self determination.” He said.
He said, “More the Indian armed forces oppresses pro-freedom sentiments of Kashmiri people more it will rise and at the end India has to accept the defeat and leave the state but it was good enough if India resolves the dispute with Pakistan and Kashmiri pro-freedom leadership through a credible dialogue process peacefully.”
Kashmiri people have always encouraged peaceful atmospheres and have never supported the bloodshed, so India must shun the policy of oppression and suppression and must come forward for the early peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict.
He said it is certain that due to climate cahnge India and Pakistan will face fresh confrontation over the issues interlinked with Kashmir conflict like Water but the outcome of this confrontation have enough potential to destroy the peace in whole south Asian region and can destabilize region as both the countries involved in conflict are nuclear armed.
Waza appealed Indo-Pak countries and world community to show seriousness in resolving the Kashmir dispute according to wishes and aspirations of Kashmiri people without any further delay for making the region a role model in terms of peace and prosperity...

Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has strongly denounced the killing of innocent youths Arshid Ahmad Bhat of sopore by security forces and half dozen others youths wounded by firing in different areas of Kashmir Accoring to spokesman peoples league imtiyaz reshi during arrest at share bagh police station Mukhtar Waza in his statement through party spokesman said that Indian troops were perpetrating gross human rights abuses in Kashmir with impunity. "Such incidents have become a routine and common man is very insecure. India has started state-wide war against the common people of Jammu and Kashmir." “The so-called elected government has no control over the troopers who have unprecented special powers,” he said.
Stating that denizens of the state were facing “worst kind of state terrorism”, Waza said that India had given free hand to its troops to kill Kashmiris. Waza urged India to stop its policy of repression in Kashmir.
“It clearly shows that armed forces have no respect for human rights.” Waza said that the continued imposition of curfew and indiscriminate use of force by Indian police and troops and arrest of teenagers had been going on in the valley but such repressive tactics couldn’t stop Kashmiris from continuing their just struggle.
Meanwhile a delegation of peoples league visited the hospitals to see injured youths by the advice of chairman peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad Waza delegation was compromised by Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Jaffer Kashmiri, and shadab Hassan were they paid sympathy with injured victim families.

Jammu and Kashmir people’s league chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza was today again detained when he along with his supporters tried to hold a protest demonstration against the grave human rights violations being committed by Indian armed forces in the state.
Party spokesman, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi condemned the police action and said that waza shab was scheduled to lead a protest rally from his residence to Lal Chowk Islamabad. He said that police raided the residence of Mukhtar Ahmad Waza shab and arrested. Spokesman said that waza shab was shifted to police station sherbagh Islamabad.
Mean while peoples league spokesperson said during arrest in police station waza has strongly condemned killing A youth identified as Arshid Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Muhamamad, resident of Peer Mohalla Naseem
Bagh Sopore and four others were injured when
security forces allegedly opened fire on protesters in Sopore,Waza said Indian government has provided a license to security forces to kill common kashmiri people and these incidents are daily habitual in Kashmir by forces by killing common people they cannot suppress kashmiri freedom movement .Waza paid a glowing tributes to all martyrs which were martyred by forces in sopore from last day.waza has demanded to punish the forces which are involved in cold blooded murders.
Spokesman said that India is systematically violating the human rights of the people who demand right to self-determination just to suppress ongoing freedom struggle.
He said that people of Jammu and Kashmir have laid down their precious lives for the same movement and it is main responsibility of international community to pressurize India and ensure that people of Kashmir get their birth right for deciding their future.
Spokesman also condemned the continuous detention of party chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and said that since from past months, Waza shab was not allowed to carry any political activity.
He urged upon international human rights watch dogs to take a serious note of human rights violations being perpetrated by Indian troops.

  Waza visited Tral, paid glowing tributes to martyred youth

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir people’s league chairman mukhtar ahmad waza today visited Dar sora, Larigam and Rathsona areas of Tral Pulwama and paid glowing tributes to martyred youth.
Waza accompanied by Nazir Ahmad Khan, imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Jaffer Kashmiri, Er Fayaz Ahmad and Ghulam Mohammad Daraori, on the occasion said that India's military oppression and suppression can't muzzle the ongoing freedom struggle for which Lakhs of innocent kashmiri people have laid down their precious lives.
He said that people of Jammu and Kashmir with the Supreme help of almighty will broke down the chains of slavery and get freedom from Indian bondage as india can't prolong it's illegal occupation over the terroriy now.
Waza said that the people of Kashmir were expecting a change in new delhi ' s Kashmir policy but unfortunately new government also continued it's stagnant and rigid policy which can prove disastrous to whole south Asian region
"It is the peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue that can established peace and stability in the region while as will ensure prosperity of the South Asian countries" waza said, adding world powers must interfair at this stage when Pakistan has shown seriousness resolving the dispute according to the wishes of Kashmiri people

He blamed world community for maintaining a criminal silence over the human rights violations including civilian killings by Indian troops...

Police again arrested Mukhtar Ahmad Waza from his residence

Police today again arrested Jammu and Kashmir people league Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza from his residence in Kadipora Islamabad and lodged him in Police station Sherbagh.
Party Spokesman Imtiyaz Reshi said that Waza shab was scheduled to lead a march from Islamabad to Srinagar Municipal Park on the eve of ACC’s Golden Jubilee.
He said that this morning a heavy contingent of Police and CRPF cordoned off the residence of Party Chairman and arrested him when he was preparing for leading a rally in the area. Police took him into the custody and lodged in Police station Shebagh.
Spokesman condemned Police actions and has appealed international forums to take a strong note of the human right violations which Indian forces are committing in Kashmir conflict Zone.

league in Awantipora area of Pulwama district and arrested Party
Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in the area when he along with dozens of
party leaders including Gh Qadir Rah, Imtiyaz Reshi ,jaffer Kashmiri and activists reached the meeting venue.
Party Spokesman, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi condemned the police action and
said that meeting was conveyed to take stock of the preparations done
by the party regarding celebration of Golden Jubilee of Awami Action
Committee.
He termed the detention of Pary Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza sheer
frustration of puppet authorities.

Senior hurriyat leader and  chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza peoples league has   today expressed
shock over the sad demise of  senior jkpl  leader  Mohd Sideeq Dar   the cousin brother  brother of  Mushtaq Ahmad Khan Alise Khan Bila. .
 
Party spokesperson imtiyaz reshi  in a statement that a high level meeting was
conveyed today of all party leaders and activists who expressed deep
sorrow and grief over the death of   Mohd Sideeq Dar      In the condolence meet that was attended by Party chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza which include wise chairman Farooq Ahmad Dar,   Imtiyaz
Ahmad reshi  Jaffer Kashmiri ,  and  others expressed sympathy and solidarity with the
bereaved family. Special prayers were also held for the departed soul.
In the meeting the role of deceased for the Kashmir cause was
highlighted and appreciated. Party leaders and activists said that
house at   Munwara  was often raided by the Indian security forces in
80’s and 90’s as the family has remained deeply connected with the
Kashmir freedom movement.

Senior APHC Leader and Jammu Kashmir People’s League Chairman Mukhtar
Ahmad Waza today visited Phalgam and expressed sympathy and solidarity
with those families whose shops gutted in a fire incident, before a
couple of days.
Waza on the occasion suspected a conspiracy behind the inferno and
asked state puppet authorities and rulers to stop damaging properties
of poor people of Phalgam residents for benefiting and pleasing
influential people and anti-resistance movement mongers.
Since 1952, it has been remained a policy of some influential people
who are working against the ongoing freedom movement to damage the
property of poor people in Phalgam with the help of puppet authorities
and fire is being used as tool.
“See who is constructing hotels and huts in Phalgam, it is a group
anti-resistance of people who along with Indian armed forces with the
help of state and central governments are vandalizing the fragile
environment of Phalgam while as the poor residents of Phalgam are
being deprived of basic amenities and are not being allowed to
construct or renovate their houses.” Waza said, adding High court PIL
is being used to discriminate the population of Phalgam.
He said that if High court has banned constructions in Phalgam then
how can the anti-movement along with armed forces are vandalizing the
fragile environment of Phalgam by constructing hotels and installing
military base camps.
Waza said that puppet authorities were working on New Delhi’s polices
in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Under a planned strategy only those who work against ongoing freedom
movement are being benefited while as poor population is being
neglected, just to crust the freedom sentiment among them.” Waza said,
while asking Pahlgam development authority tainted officers to stop
harassing poor residents.

He appealed people to remain determined with the resistance movement
for which they have laid down their lives and property.
Meanwhile peoples league has felt sad condolence over the death of senior pl leader and close aid of Shaheedi Azimat Sheikh Ab Aziz , Mohd Sideeq Dar who passed away today A Delegation of jkpl include wise chairman Farooq Ahmad Dar along with imtiyaz Reshi visited the munwara and attended the last funeral of late Mohd Sideeq Dar and paid symphaty with the bereaved family.
Meanwhile a delegation of People’s League comprising Ghulam Qadir Rah,
Jaffer Kashmiri and Shabir Ahmad visited the family of detained Mohd
Ashraf Khan at Murwad Srinagar and expressed sympathy and solidarity
with the family over the sad demise of his father Mohmmad Aslam Khan.
Mohd Ashraf continues remain in jail since from last four consecutive
years
