Srinagar,  june  25, 2013:- Jammu and Kashmir people’s league Chairman,
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza who was today  going to lead a really process on human rights  in  Islamabad  police foils peoples league really by arresting waza when he was on the way to address the really later on Mukhtar Ahmad waza was put under house arrest. strong notice of the grave human rights violations done by the
security forces under black and draconian laws, enforced by them in
the valley. He also stressed up western media to overcome from their
double standards and play role is resolving the issue that grantees a
permanent stability in the South Asian region,  Reshi said we are not against the visit of pm but India has left us no choice to show our anger Reshi
said that former Indian Prime Minister, Nehru’s words were still ringing and echoing when he said, “We had given our pledge to the people of Kashmir and subsequently to the United Nations; we stood by it and we stand by it today. Let the people of Kashmir decide.”. He pointed out that it was the responsibility of India to honor the commitments made by its leaders before the UN to settle the dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations. PL hoped that Indian Prime Minister would respond positively to the proposals of his   resolving the vexed Kashmir dispute and restoration of friendship between the two countries if  
In a press statement,  reshi said that Kashmir issue is lingering from
last six decades and during these decades especially from last  65
years Indian authorities by its armed forces, just to continue their
illegal occupation of the territory, committed grave human rights
violations that include brutal killings, custodial killings, sexual
harassment, enforced disappearances and fake encounters that are
evident after the discoveries of unmarked graves in the valley and
hence Amnesty International and other human rights organizations have
to mount pressure on  India for probing these violations in
international crime tribunal.
