Hurriyat conference jammu Kashmir organized a protest demonstration  against issuing domicile certificates to west Pakistan refugees at Putookhah Muqam  in Sopore,  which was attended by Muslim conference chairman  & Hurriyat conference Jammu Kashmir convener Shabir Ahmed Dar ,young Mens league Chairman Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi & Shakeel u Rehman, speaking to the people shabir ahmed dar said that , we will never allow this kind of state terrorism  of turning our  Muslim majority into minority by issuing domicile certificates ,he further said   any bilateral engagements,  with India  is a  futile exercises &  chanakiyan tactics used by occupational forces , whenever India feels that they have lost Kashmir or the  prevailing situation in Kashmir is hostile they use their mercenaries to visit Kashmir to  douse the fires . They are actually their fire fighters whose only mission has been to try as by their wisdom to pacify the situation & thus prolong their illegal occupation. So we must be vigilant against all these  double faced visitors & not let them achieve any kind of success in their nefarious designs, we have witnessed hundreds of bilateral engagements  & parleys being held  between the stake holders but one thing which seems common in all these engagements is that they were never aimed at resolving Kashmir dispute permanently ,keeping in view the wishes of kashmiries  & in light of united nations resolutions . Only trilateral talks between the stake holders under united nations auspices  can   achieve desired results . The present Indian dispensation is using  extremist & religious fundamentalist policies in Kashmir  to solidify its expansionist designs which need to be resisted  by locals &  United Nations . The concern  & seriousness shown by international community during last six months though encouraging but short of achieving desired results of seeking a permanent resolution to Kashmir dispute . They must use the  diplomacy of very high caliber to persuade India from pursuing its policy of creating terror among the masses in Jammu Kashmir  & try to seek a peaceful solution .Though India has used all its methods of terror to force kashmiries to submission but it has failed miserably .Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi said that freedom movement will continue  despite Indian aggression till it reaches its logical conclusion, the more India uses force the more strong will be our resolve to get complete freedom from Kashmir.
