Meanwhile several hurriyat leaders today visited to see his health condition include hurriyat office superident Mohm Musadiq Aadil, KhalilAhmad Khalil, Jahageer Gani Bhat, Ab Rashid UNTOO, Mukhtar Ahmad Sofi, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, and Mohd Maqbool Sofi and others , Meanwhile Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has fell sorry and pray for the early betterment of health of Ashraf Sahib to God,

India has converted Kashmir into police state by doing barbarism in Kashmir people’s league waza.

Jammu and Kashmir peoples league spokesman imtiyaz reshi has strongly condemned and criticized Government for converting Kashmir into police state the Indian forces for doing brutal action on common kashmiri people in  Kashmir  spokesman said it is the worst kind of  Indian barbarism in Kashmir by. forces in peaceful demonstrations against human genocide in  Kashmir  Reshi said that the continued imposition of curfew and indiscriminate use of force by Indian police and troops and arrest of teenagers had been going on in the valley but such repressive tactics couldn’t stop Kashmiris from continuing their just struggle.spokesman said Kashmir peace is attached with the future of south Asia region  On one side India is claiming ‘o’ tolerance  and praise of bigger democracy but on the other side human rights violations in the state are being done by security forces and other agencies of India that goes unnoticed every day. The movement of Political leaders is being restricted and they are not allowed to offer Friday prayers.”  Peoples league has strongly condemned the restrictions on party chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and harassment on his family by forces he is not allowed to visit hospital for his health treatment Reshi Said  Politico-economic expatiation   supremacy and high handedness of any kind will never be acceptable and tolerable. He said that the after the secret execution of Shaheed Mohd Afzal
Guru, forces in Kashmir have lashed a region of terror and during the
nocturial raids they have arrested more than 300 youth and also
imprisoned Hutriyat leaders and leaders have been denied to carry out
political activities in the valley.
He said that India can somehow curb the kashmiri freedom struggle by
using gun and force but can’t suppress or end the movement.  He
demanded the return of mortals of Shaheed Mohd Afzal Guru  and said
that to full fill the demand of family kashmiri will continue to
support them. He also deamended early release of all people who have
been detained during past days.

He appealed international community including human rights watch to take a serious notice of the situation prevailing in Kashmir from last 65  years.

Jammu Kashmir Peoples League   Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has strongly denounced the killing of   innocent youths Tahir Ahmad Sofi of baramullah by army and fifty others youths wounded by firing in different areas of Kashmir  spokesman peoples league imtiyaz reshi said forces today raided the house of mukhtar ahmad waza and harassed his family members  Mukhtar Waza in his statement through party spokesman said that Indian troops were perpetrating gross human rights abuses in Kashmir with impunity. "Such incidents have become a routine and common man is very insecure. India has started state-wide war against the common people of Jammu and Kashmir."  “The so-called elected government has no control over the troopers who have unprecented special powers,” he said.

  Stating that denizens of the state were facing “worst kind of state terrorism”, Waza said that India had given free hand to its troops to kill Kashmiris. Waza urged India to stop its policy of repression in Kashmir.  

Waza reiterated that the occupation authorities want to eliminate Kashmiri youth to suppress the ongoing liberation struggle. He flays India for executing Israeli policies in Kashmir to suppress Kashmiris’ just struggle for right to self-determination. “Like Palestinians’, the genocide of Kashmiri people is going on unabated in Kashmir.

 “It clearly shows that armed forces have no respect for human rights.”   Waza said that the continued imposition of curfew and indiscriminate use of force by Indian police and troops and arrest of teenagers had been going on in the valley but such repressive tactics couldn’t stop Kashmiris from continuing their just struggle. He maintained that India had failed to crush the freedom sentiment of Kashmiri people despite exhausting all its military might.

Waza said curfew, crackdowns, murder and humiliation of women had become hallmark of the Omar regime to protect India's forcible occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.

 Srinagar, March 05: Jammu and Kashmir people’s league delegation today visited the family of Mudasir Ahmad Malla who was reportedly killed in Hyderabad after he took place in the demonstration held against the hanging of Saheed Mohd Afzal Guru. Team, comprising senior leaders and activists including Spokesperson, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Sahkeel ul rahman, Zulfikar Ahmad and others extended sympathies towards the bereaved family on behalf of Jammu Kashmir peoples league.

Hurriyat executive member and Party Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza who is under house arrest from February paid glowing tributes to shaheed Mudaisr Ahmad and said that the martyrdom of Kashmiri scholar Mudasir Ahmad is great loss to Kashmir as scholar is a person who works on principals based on facts and truth. In a telephonic conversation with the bereaved family Waza extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies towards the family. He told family that being under house arrest he could not visit their family and said that Kashmir has been converted into jail for which family responded in the same tone and apprised Waza about the atrocities and tourcher done with Muadsir AHMAD

While paying to glowing tributes to Shaheed Mudasir Ahmad party chairman has said that the Indian authorities are deliberately and intentionally targeting the think tanks of Kashmir right from 1947 and have killed our scholars and intelligentsia during which they have killed hundreds of doctors advocates, and scholars like Mudasi Ahmad besides common people have faced inhuman face of India like they faced during the colonial rule in their country. He said that they targeting the pro-freedom intelligentsia with an aim to suppress the ongoing movement but they will not get any success as the valley is giving birth to bright and pro-freedom children.

He said that Indian security forces are killing innocent people under a well strategy and expressed concern over the serial killings that took place after the martyrdom of Shaheed Mohd Afzal Guru. He said that Kashmirs are peaceful and evil designs of India will not work and sabotage the voice of Kashmiri people.

Ahmad Waza who is also the executive member of Hurriyat Conference (M)
was not allowed today by the district Islamabad authorities to attend
the funeral prayers of Shaheed Mudasir Ahmad Malla who was reportedly
killed in Hyderabad.
Party spokesperson castigated the state government and authorities for
restraining the party chairman, keeping him under house arrest from
last 24days and not allowing him to attend the funeral prayers of the
shaheed Mudasir Ahmad.

days- has expressed solidarity with the bereaved family of Mudasir
Ahmad Bhat, who has been reportedly killed in custody by Hyderabad
police shows that India who claims herself to be the biggest democracy
of the world, once again got exposed before the comity of nations that
savages in Indian security setup are so intolerant towards kashmiris.
The martyrdom of Mudasir Ahmad has once again proved that Indian wants
to annihilate Kashmiris by their military might. The belligerence of

JKPL expresses grief over road accident on National Highway
Srinagar, Mar 01 –2013: Hurriyat Executive Member and Chairman Jammu
and Kashmir People today expressed grief over the sad road accident on
Srinagar-Jammu National Highway claiming precious human lives of young
persons of Chari-sharief. On the direction of party chairman Mukthar
Waza, a party delegation visited Charie Sharief and expressed sympathy
with the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
Meanwhile party chairman who is under house arrest since from days
after he released from Sherbagh Police station, castigated state
government for restricting curfew like situation in the valley by
imposing undeclared curfew. He said that the valley has been converted
into police state and the government is trying to muzzle the genuine
demands of Kashmiri people in which they cannot get any success at
all. He alleged on main stream political parties that they are using
Indian media for their dirty politics for diverting attention of
people who are demanding the mortal remains of Shaheed Mohd Maqbool
Bhat and Mohd Afzal Guru. He said that the demand of family is genuine
as they have right to demand and hence People’s League will continue
to support them till they get the mortal remains of Shaheed Mohd Afzal
Guru who laid his life just for the Kashmir cause that have made
people hostile since from the decades during which Kashmiris were
killed, raped, torchreed and forced to disappear.
