waza paid tribute to 31 july martyrs and appealed people to join the procession


Waza paid glowing tributes to 1931 martyrs, urged people to assemble in
Martyrs Graveyard


Srinagar, July 12, 2013: Jammu and Kashmir People’s League today paid
tributes to the martyrs of July 13, 1931 who laid their lives for the
freedom of Kashmir and appealed people to join the party rally from South
Kashmir’s Islamabad district on the eve of martyrs’ day and make the APHC’s
Program a successful.

Jamia Masjid, paid  glowing tributes to 1931 martyr’s and urged people
reaffirm the oath of taking Kashmir freedom mission to its logical end.

“13 july has the significance of marking the beginning of the ongoing
freedom struggle. On this day the Kashmiris for the first time raised their
voice against the atrocities perpetrated by the Dogra rulers on them and 22
persons offered supreme sacrifices of their life. The ongoing freedom
movement is the continuous process of that struggle and it will continue
till Kashmir gets resolved.” He said.

He said that kashmiris have never accepted any kind of slavery and have
resisted against the authorities of the rulers. He urged people of the
state to reaffirm the oath of taking Kashmir freedom movement to its
logical conclusion.

H appealed people to join the procession of Hurriyat leaders in every hook
and corner of the valley on the eve of martyrs’ day and assemble at Martyrs
Graveyard.

He said that resolution of Kashmir issue was imperative for the stability
of whole south Asian region and world community should pressurize both the
countries for the implementation of UNO resolution or meaningful talks. He
said that on the name of dialogue process India is trying to sabotage
Kashmir issue. “Indian PM from last ten years is laying and doing tact’s to
sabotage the issue but kashmiri people who have scarified their lives for
the issue will not allow him to do so and they continuo fight peacefully
for the resolution of Kashmir issue.” He said.
 Senior hurriyat leader  Hakeem Rashid  along with peoples league spokesperson  imtiyaz reshi addressed a huge gathering at Malik Sahib Masjid soura were they paid a glowing tribute to 1931 martyrs. Both leaders  appealed people to join the procession of Hurriyat leaders in every hook
and corner of the valley on the eve of martyrs’ day and assemble at Martyrs
