Subject reminded the UNO to implement its resolutions on Kashmir,
Sir,
We would like to apprise before your Excellency that as u
already know October 27 as the blackest day in the history of Jammu
and Kashmir. it was on this day when India sent its armed forces to
Kashmir to occupy it forcibly on October 27 in 1947 to enchain
Kashmiries in shackles of slavery.
The United Nations had accepted Kashmir as an international dispute
and passed resolutions for its solution. “The intransigent stance of
India on Kashmir is the main hurdle to resolve the long-pending
dispute added. said that the lingering dispute could only be
resolved through implementation of the UN resolutions and India must
take concrete steps in this regard fair referendum by United Nations
to resolve the Kashmir problem. "It is really deplorable and
regrettable that UNO, the World forum commanding respect could not
facilitate the implementation of its resolutions on Kashmir, UNCIP
(United Nations Commission on India and Pakistan) in its Jan 5, 1949
resolutions vociferously recommended plebiscite to determine the
political future of Kashmir," Kashmiri people.
“The people of Kashmir have never accepted the illegal Indian
occupation Kashmir is a disputed area that has been illegally occupied
by India sine from 27 October 1947 and the first resolution related to
Kashmir issue was passed by the United Nations of 13 August 1948
clearly advocating to hold a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir and
further directs both the countries not to claim sovereignty over the
region.
He said that Kashmir Dispute is supported by 18 resolutions of United
Nations and because the long pending Kashmir Issue both the countries
have fought several wars. Pt. Nehru also in his historical speech at
Lal Chwok Srinagar has promised with Kashmir people that they will be
allowed to decide their future, in which he failed and from 1947
government of India is muzzling the aspirations of Kashmiri people by
not giving them a chance to use their birth right “right to self
determination”.

disappeared by forces that itself are evidences of the human rights
violations done by the Indian troops. that future of the South Asian
region can only be saved by resolving the Kashmir dispute as per
wishes of the Hardening its position in the backdrop of flaring
tension and human rights violations in Kashmir the united Nation to
implement its resolution on Kashmir and also urged the UN to take a
serious notice of grave human rights violations that have been done by
the government of India and security agencies during last 66 years
including, Killing of innocent people, gang rapes, tortures in
integrations centers as well as fake encounters.
Kashmir Issue is a nuclear flash point in the south Asian region and
hence delay in its peaceful resolution has dangerous results.
Kashmiri Innocent people from last 66 years are demanding Right to
Self determination peacefully and democratically guaranteed by United
Nations but they are still denied and hence the resolution of Kashmir
issue is pending, resulting grave human rights violations, Killings
and bloodshed in the Himalayan bounded Kashmir valley that still going
on.
Seeking UN intervention, no peace can be guaranteed in South Asia
unless Kashmir issue is amicably settled by the parties to the issue
namely India.
United Nations could play a constructive role in facilitating
meaningful engagement and
dialogue between Pakistan, India and the Kashmiris for final
resolution of the dispute.
“Peaceful resolution of the dispute of Jammu Kashmir is in the
interests of enduring regional peace and stability in south Asia
besides in the interests of economic development in the region.
We hope that during your tenure our all grievances will be redressed
by your good self we also know that your self is also having keen
interest to resolve all these pending issues regarding with Kashmir
issue.
