#India has ever since
murdered its judiciary system in #Kashmir
Pro-Indian politicians should now guess where they stand
Srinagar, Feb 19:
While reacting to the Supreme Court's verdict on the assassins of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, Jammu and Kashmir people’s league chairman, @Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that since the day India occupied state illegally, it murdered its so-called secularism, democracy and judiciary as it has different ever since maintained different policy on Kashmir just to muzzle the ongoing freedom struggle of Kashmiri people.
In an issued statement, he said that hours after Supreme Court verdict Tamil Nadu government decided to release all seven killers of former prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi whose death sentence was changed into life imprisonment which not only eye opener for the whole Kashmiri nation but particularly for state collaborators and main stream politicians who help India in its anti-freedom policy and oppression. Waza said that main stream politicians who claim that they were not consulted before the hanging of Shaheed Afzal Guru must now understand where they figure and exist.
He said that double standards whether in Judiciary or politicians, India was strategically trying to muzzale down the freedom struggle in which they badly failed as the movement is inked with the bllod of martyrs who scarified their lives for securing right to self determination-The birth right guaranteed by #UnitedNation resolutions.
“Indian double standards in Judiciary were more painful than political or secularist as it was assumed that judiciary anywhere in world remains independent but in India judiciary has too double standards which to got exposed when the freed the killers of Rajiv Gandhi and hanged innocent Kashmiri Mohd Afzal Guru that too leaving asides available witnesses and evidences just to satisfy the collective conscience of its countrymen.” Waza said adding Kashmiris have never expected any kind of just from oppressor (India).
HE said that besides hanging Guru Shab still time india has not returned the mortal remains of both the great martyrs Mohd Maqbool Bhat and Mohd Afzal Guru which also exposes the double standards of India.
He demanded international community’s intervention as India has now opened all doors of oppression.
