Waza thanks Pakistan for supporting Kashmir freedom struggle

Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today hailed the role of Pakistan in highlighting
the worst human rights violations besides thanked the country for its continuous support to Kashmir freedom struggle on Moral,
political and diplomatic levels.
Addressing a gathering in
Kulgam- district of Southern Kashmir , Waza thanked Pakistan and its countrymen
for observing ‘The Kashmir solidarity Day’ today and said that role played by
Pakistan in supporting the Kashmir freedom struggle is worth to praise and by
supporting the Kashmiris legal struggle Pakistan has proved itself a nation
which is desired in peace and stability of South Asian region as the Kashmir
conflict is having enough potential to disrupt the prevailing peace and
prosperity in the region.
He said that on this people of Pakistan came on roads and
observed the Kashmir solidarity day, Pakistan National Assembly passed the
resolution reaffirming support to Kashmiris in pursuing birth right ‘right to
self determination’ and Pakistan Prime Minster Mr Nawaz Sharief himself in his message today assured of continuous support, has
once again boosted the morale of Kashmiris.
Waza pledged the Kashmiri will continue to fight against the
India’s illegal occupation and will face the oppression of India and Indian
army like we have faced in past 67 years.
He hailed the role of Pakistan in highlighting the worst human
rights violations in Kashmir perpetrated by Indian army troops however felt
that raising human rights violations along with Kashmir issue in various
international forums is need of the hour.
Waza also welcomed the Pakistan PM’s statement inviting India
for meaningful and result oriented talks on Kashmir. He said that Kashmris are
real party to the dispute so both the countries must start dialogue process
involving Kashmiris on the Kashmir dispute, whose resolution can resolve all
other pending issue between the two nuclear neighbors.
“Business of onions and Potatoes can’t help you in stabilizing
and strengthen your bilateral relations it is the Kashmir issue which is core
issue and a reason of confrontation, so immediate and bold steps must be taken
to resolve the Kashmir dispute according to aspirations of Kashmiri people.”
Waza said.
He prayed for the stability and strength of Pakistan and
appealed its countrymen to continue their support on moral, political and
diplomatic levels for peaceful and genuine freedom struggle of Kashmiri nation.

Reyaz Ahmad also addressed the gathering and appealed workers and party
activists to strength party and intensify activities.
Meanwhile, Party Chairman also constituted the district
committee of party.
