Kashmir through UN Resolutions: Waza
Srinagar, January 11:
Senior APHC Leader and Jammu and Kashmir people league chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today while addressing a gathering in Dagripora Awantipora on the Charum of martyred youth Wasim Ahmad who was martyred by troops said that the people of state are laying down their lives for a secured a cause, so the Kashmir dispute which has endangered the peace in South Asia must be resolved according to the United Nation resolutions.
Accompanied by Nazir Ahmad Khan, Nazir Ahmad Waza, Er Fayaz Ahmad, Mohd Maqbool Darsori, Showket dar, waza paid glowing tributes to the martyred youth and expressed solidarity with the family. He said that martyrs have right from the beginning laid down their lives and by their blood internationalized the issue.
Waza said that contribution made by our martyrs can’t be ignored at all and the great mission will be taken to its conclusion.
He said that will the global political scenario changing rapidly and fastly so it’s imperative for both the countries to to resolve the dispute through UN resolutions. He said that through Kashmir resolution peace and stability can be guaranteed in whole south Asian region as well as in India and Pakistan who have fought over three battles over the issue.
Waza appealed international community including United Nations to take a strong notice of present situation in Kashmir particularly of the ongoing human rights violations by Indian troops.
