Waza wishes world powers on the eve of New Year, appeals them to
pressurize Indo-Pak countries for K-resolution spokesperson jkpl imtiyaz reshi

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir
people’s league chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza on Tuesday wished European
countries on the eve of New Year occasion and appealed them to pressurize
Indo-Pak countries for Kashmir resolution.
Waza in statement said that people
of Jammu and Kashmir who scarified their lives for the peaceful resolution of
Kashmir, wishes whole world especially the European countries on the eve of New
Year occasion and hopes peace and prosperity will continue to prevail among
them. However it is their moral responsibility to think about peace and
prosperity of Kashmir, which at the end of this year continues to world’s
oldest conflict zone between two nuclear powers.
He said that from past over 67 years
Indian oppressive tact’s and barbarism like killing thousands of innocents,
imprisoning them, enforcing them to disappear, raping and molesting the women
folk has not vanished the peaceful freedom struggle of Kashmiri nation, so both
the countries especially India must understand that Kashmiri people or not
going to turn back and shun the martyrs mission half way.
Waza said that people of Kashmir
right from the beginning have given uncounted sacrifices and will continue till
Kashmir gets resolved.
He appealed European countries to
play their role in the final resolution of Kashmir issue and pressurize
Indo-Pak countries for Kashmir resolution through a meaningful dialogue process
between India, Pakistan and Kashmiri people.
Meanwhile, a delegation of party led
by Farooq Ahmad Dar accompanied by Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Jaafer
Kashmiri today visited Senior APHC leader Javid Ahmad Mir and expressed
solidarity with him.
