 An extra ordinary meeting of peoples league was chaired by   and Executive member APHC  and chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Mukhtar Ahmad  Waza in his statement has paid a glowing tribute  to the two  martyrs women, Neelofar and Asiya, who were abducted, raped and later killed by men in uniform, three years ago. The two women, Nilofer and Asiya, were first raped and then murdered on May 30, 2009 in Shopian but the perpetrators were still roaming free.Waza said, The grassers of the honor to dignity will not be forgiven from the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
 Waza who chaired a condolence meeting at Peoples League headquarters here today said that such acts of Indian armed forces are aimed to kill the resolve of common Kashmiris towards the freedom struggle.
“But Kashmiris will never be cowed down by such dastardly and beastly acts. Innumerable such acts perpetrated by Indian armed forces and other troopers in past have not deterred the resolve of Kashmiris by an inch. The Kunanposhpora mass rape, Chanapora incident, Badrapayeen rape case and Tabinda Gani case are the best examples to describe that Kashmiris will not be cowed down by such acts,” he said. Indian Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) about the rape and murder of two Kashmiri women in Shopian, terming it as a drama to shield the men in uniform.  Waza said that the CBI in its report shielded the guilty people . He said that hoping justice from India was unwise as its occupation was only because of troops concentration. He said that the
Indian court had proved that it had become impossible for the Kashmiris to
get justice from Indian judicial system. He demanded a probe into the case by an international agency. Waza   also appeals the world human rights organizations to probe the discovery of unknown graves in Kashmir. He said that the presence of Indian troops was the root cause of human rights abuses in Kashmir. He appeals the Amnesty International, Asia Watch and other humanitarian organizations to take cognizance of the situation. “The issues like the rape & murder, discovery of unmarked mass graves and disappearances must be probed by independent commission, spokesman people’s league imtiyaz reshi.

People’s league rejects interlocutors reports Waza,


In door to door campaign of peoples league today visited khidam nowsherah Dargah Islamabad while addressing the huge gathering after Friday prayers senior Hurriyat leader and chairman peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said peoples league has rejected the  new Delhi appointed interlocutors reports on Kashmir. While speaking to the gathering was said Kashmir is a human political issue and should be solved according the aspirations of kashmiri people Waza said we will reject every readymade solution which will not  address the aspirations of common kashmiri people. The only way to solve this long pending issue is to implement the  UNO resolutions and tripartite Kashmir result oriented talks.
Talking on human right violations Waza said India is  trying to muzzle the freedom struggle of Kashmir by force and state barbarisms in Kashmir and their only aim is to safeguard their chairs. Waza appreciates the recent report produced by the Geneva based human right  commission  groups against India and is the proof of Indian real face.Waza  has appealed to the human rights, Kashmir watch, Asian Watch and other NGO where ever in the world human right works are to put pressure on India to stop human rights violations in the Kashmir otherwise India has to face negative results in future.
Waza said Kashmir belongs to Kashmiri and we are the masters of our Kashmir and there will be no compromise with the blood of the martyrs and will fight peacefully till to achieve our    birth goal Right To Self Determination. Spokesman Pl imtiyaz reshi.

Waza put today House Arrest,’


Senior Hurriyat leader and chairman peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad Waza   was put today house arrest as already he was going to address the seminar at Hurriyat office ,in morning he was going to leave for srinagar to attend the seminar a heavy police party deputed to his residence at qadiporah Islamabad .Party spokesman Imtiyaz reshi has strongly  condemns and criticized the house arrest and  restrictions of chairman    Reshi said  on one side India is claiming bigger democracy  and on other side they   are doing such tactics .  Meanwhile a delegation of peoples league compermise with Mohd Moqbool Sofi, Imtiyaz Ahmad reshi, Shakeelurehman ,Rouf Kashmiri and Farooq Ahmad Dar Attended the seminar,.Meanwhile spokesman reshi said The PL leaders unanimously decided to carry forward the efforts for
resolving the Kashmir dispute through peaceful means and reshi
maintained that pro-liberation leadership and the people of Kashmir
with their unity and political vision would defeat the conspiracies of
anti-Kashmir, anti-movement and anti-people elements. He deplored that
whenever there was some progress towards the resolution of the dispute
through peaceful means, certain individuals and agencies got unnerved
and resorted to such dastardly acts to thwart the process.

Waza stresses on Kashmir resolution, pays tributes to Martyrs spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi



Srinagar, May 18: while stating that the resolution of Kashmir issue can permanent peace in South Asian region, Jammu Kashmir peoples League Chairman and Executive member of Hurriyat Conference (M), Mukthar Ahmad Waza, on Friday paid glowing tributes to Kashmir Martyrs.

Addressing Friday congregation in Islamabad , Waza said that the Kashmir is a political issue and should be addressed and resolved according to resolution passed by United National Council and said that only its resolution can bring permanent peace in south Asia.
“Kashmir issue is the main issue of South Asia and being a nuclear flash point its early resolution is in the interest of peace in whole region.” Waza said, adding that Kashmiri people have given uncounted scarifies for right to self determination and we will not be wasted until the resolution of K-Issue.

He said that the scarifies given by the common Kashmiri people as well as Hurriyat Leadership for Kashmir resolution will not be allowed to go waste. He paid glowing tributes to the martyrs and said that the peoples league will continue fight against all odds till its logical conclusion

Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference,senior aphc leader and leader of peoples league Mukhtar ah Waza  has paid a glowing tribute to  Mohd sultan Ganie and Mohd Yousf Ganie father and son of kapwarah district on their 18th  death martyrdom anniversary,   waza said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs will not be allowed to go waste and their mission will be accomplished at all costs.
A Thread bare discussion of pl at  district kapwarah  was managed  by the advice of pl leader Mukhtar waza and was chaired by its senior pl leader  Gulam Nabi Waseem and attentad by senion pl district kapwarah central cousell members and district leaders
Mohd sultan Ganie and Mohd Yousf Ganie father and son was   killed in  fake encounter 1992  in kapwarah area.

Speaking in the meeting,  Waseem  said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs had centre-staged the Kashmir dispute at the international level. He reiterated the pledge to continue the liberation struggle, despite all odds. The APHC leader urged India to eschew its stubbornness and take steps to settle the lingering dispute. He said that New Delhi had failed to suppress the voice of Kashmiris by force since 1947. He demanded withdrawal of Indian troops, release of political prisoners and annulment of draconian laws.       Waseem said whenever there was some progress towards the resolution of the dispute
through peaceful means,  anti-Kashmir, anti-movement and anti-people elements. He deplored that
certain individuals and agencies got unnerved
and resorted to such dastardly acts to thwart the process. Later on waseem visited the house of sad martyrs where they paid them glowing tribute and waseem said their will be no compermise till to achive our basic goal Right To Self Determination.

PEOPLES LEAGUE PAID HOMAGE TO the father of liberation front chairman Mohd Yaseen Malik, late Gulam qadir Malik.


According to the spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi Senior hurriyet leader and   patron of peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad waza has paid a glowing tribute to  TO  the father of liberation front  chairman Mohd Yaseen Malik, late Gulam qadir Malik.  . Mukhtar Ahmad Waza   expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise and prayed Allah Almighty to rest him in eternal peace.     in a condolence meeting offered fateha for the departed soul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.    And extends heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family  and prays let the departed soul rest in peace and the next of kith and kin have the patience and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss of the member of the family.   JKPL The leaders who attend the condolence meeting includes Secretary  , spokesman imtiyaz reshi,  chief organizer Farooq ah dar  Mohd Mabool Sofi,Gulzar ah katju , and Haji Qadoos and roof kashmiri.

Right to self determination forms the bedrock of k issue and is ultimate goal of kashmiri.waza.


According to the spokesman of pl  imtiyaz reshi said senior hurriyet leader and supreme of peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad was  said right to self determination forms the bedrock of kashmir issue. Waza, addressing  today after Friday prayer at  markazi jamia masjid  selhi Islamabad district. Speaking to the  gathering  Waza  said  right to self determination forms the bedrock of k.issue and is the ultimate goal of kashmir. Waza said constitution of peoples league come to existence in 1974 and based on right to self determination . Waza said from 1947 to 2012 ten lakh kashmiri people gives their lives only for right to self determination and no other solution should be accepted. Waza emphasizes that India has converted the entire south Asian region into a dangerous zone due to its state terrorism and added that the people of Kashmir were being victimized for demanding their inalienable right to self–determination. He maintained that no power on earth could deter them from continuing their liberation struggle.
 Waza stresses that Kashmir is a political dispute which could be resolved through peaceful negotiations involving Pakistan, India and genuine leadership of the Kashmiri people. He said that Kashmiris liberation struggle was genuine and based on the principles of justice. Waza urged India to honour the commitment made by its leaders with the international community to give the Kashmiris the right to decide their fate themselves.
 Waza said that peace in South Asia depends on the issue of Kashmir. He said that people of Kashmir would like that both India & Pakistan should progress in close relationship but they can not ignore the people of Kashmir. They should start three party dialogue, and three parties to the conflict should be involved in dialogue. He said that without Kashmiri any dialogue with Pakistan will not bring any positive results.
 Waza said that the Peoples League had always supported peace efforts between India and Pakistan and   pinned hope that the upcoming round of talks between both the countries would bear results in terms of settlement of the dispute.waza sid people should not loose hope. Expressing serious concern over the continued detentions of Kashmiri
Hurriyet leaders and activists he urged India to fulfill the promises made
by its former Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru to the people of Kashmir and
take concrete steps to resolve the longstanding dispute.*

Waza, addressing  today after Friday prayer at  markazi jamia masjid bijbeharah Islamabad district. Speaking to the  gathering  waza  welcomed India Pakistan talks  but the talks should be meaningful and orientated and should focus on Kashmir agenda unless it will be useless attempt   waza said we are always in favour of meaning ful dialogue and kashmiries are the principle parties and should include in talks.resulution are our basic bedrocks When the innocent kashmiries are denied their just right, ‘THE RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION’ AS GUARANTEED BY THE United Nations Organization, when the innocent people of Kashmir are massacred indiscriminately; when the women are molested and raped, when the property is destroyed and destructed, when the youth are disappeared, when the jails, interrogation cells and torture cells are filled by the freedom lovers, TADA, POTA and other draconian laws are in force, when the right of freedom of  seech is seized,  India should  address the basic issue of Kashmir problem which has its international dimensions. On the logical view people league has been rejecting these so-called elections outrightly in the ast and shall remain rejecting in the future too.  Waza said that India is not sincere to settle the Kashmir dispute and is using delaying tactics. Waza said that the United Nations had accepted Kashmir as an international dispute and passed resolutions for its solution. “The intransigent stance of India on Kashmir is the main hurdle to resolve the long-pending dispute,” he added. He said that the lingering dispute could only be resolved through implementation of the UN resolutions and India must take concrete steps in this regard. Waza urged India to end its policy of oppression in Kashmir and create a conducive atmosphere for tripartite resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
