WEST SHOULD SUPPORT PLEBISCITE OF KASHMIR AS THEY DID IN SOUTH SUDAN AND EAST TIMOR: JKPL

Senior APHC Leader and  Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has urged world supremacies to discard double standards on freedom resolutions in Kashmir, after having maneuvered the separation of South Sudan from its Northern region and East Timor from Indonesia through a week-long referendum, being monitored by Western organizations.

Mukhtar Waza said that the partition of a sovereign State like Sudan into Muslim and Christian states would not have been possible without long world supremacies. Waza said that when there was the question of plebiscite for Kashmir, the Kashmiris were made victims of sheer religious and ethnic fanaticism to escape from the implementation of 18 UN resolutions. He said that the same powers stage-managed secession of South Sudan from North Sudan and East Timor from Indonesia by Plebiscite.

“If only human rights violations of a regime were enough to grant the right to freedom to the people of a particular region or religion, then why not Kashmir, where people were being slaughtered and women gang-raped for the last 21 years by the army and police of India. This is religious divide and amounts to destabilizing and disintegrating the Muslim world to plunge them into impoverishment and economic dependence and despondency,” he added.

Waza said that having separated East Timor from Indonesia, and now maneuvering independence of South Sudan from the North Sudan under the pretext of the religious differences, Kashmir was even more genuine case for freedom because of the international resolutions. He said in order to avert further threats to regional and international peace America and the West should equally support plebiscite of Kashmir as they did in Sudan and do away with their hypocrisy in the Muslim World. “By supporting India on the issue of Kashmir and encouraging pro-freedom amongst Muslim nations, the West is nakedly jeopardizing world peace and civilizations,” he warned.Spokesman pl Imtiyaz Reshi

Kashmir Solution must for the development in South Asia:: Mukhtar Waza

According to the  spokesman peoples league Imtiyaz Reshi said, ,Executive Member APHC and  Chairman JKPL Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today visited many places of  Srinagar in view of social interaction budge where he enquired about the well being of senior activists belonging to Peoples League. During the discourse between activists he said that Kashmir has espoused a potential threat with the India and Pakistan who have arranged their nuclear war held towards each other. It is an admitted fact that in the name of security economy of both India and Pakistan gets drained worth trillions of dollars while as the recent report issued by UNESCO at DHAKA that 300 million children are trapped in poverty where as 32 lakhs women suffer from cervical diseases especially cancer. Moreover the basic development indicates that India and Pakistan are not on ride pace. Human Development Index (HDI) is not satisfactory in both countries after the emergence of two dominions of the sub-continent after the partitioning of British India the two neo-democratic countries come into the existence. However Kashmir remains schema of the division- any hostility between India and Pakistan leads to the causality of Kashmiri as first. The resolution of Kashmir can act as a bridge of prosperity associated with over all development of sub-continent. Moreover India and Pakistan cannot only to correct but also improve the basic social indicators. Therefore for the human development Kashmiri can play a pivotal role which guarantees an era of progress in the south Asia. If Kashmir is settled through reconciliation – can usher a permanent seat to India in UNO and Pakistan can reach to the pinnacle on global politics.

SEEK EXPERIENCE FROM PAST AND MOVE FORWARD WITH A MISSION: Peoples League Imtiyaz Reshi

According to the spokesman peoples league Imtiyaz Reshi Senior hurriyet leader and Executive Member APHC and Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in a statement said that Peoples League always welcomes such moves which are meant to solve the long pending issue of Kashmir – a nuclear flash point in Sub-continent due to which people of South Asia are entrenched in the mesh and marsh of uncertainty, if the vexed issue of Kashmir is not resolved as per the wishes and aspirations of the simpleton people of Jammu Kashmir, it is felt that the situation might take ugly turn in whole of the Asia. Of course there are some warmongers who want that the confrontation between two developing countries India and Pakistan must continue, so that they can churn their ill fated interests out of the situation, now enough is enough let the good sense prevail on the Indo-Pak leadership and solve the issue forever.
 Waza reiterated that sentiments, wishes, aspirations of the common people of the Kashmir cannot be ignored in the Kashmir resolution process, Martyrs of Kashmir laid their lives for the bright future of kashmiri generations which are in offing therefore the historical past of Kashmir struggle movement has given us a mammoth experience, so a dynamic political approach needs to be created having accommodative nature in order to address Kashmir issue in the higher echelons of power and who are at present the international political players with a structured policy.
Waza revealed that everybody see today that Germany and France were enemies, they are now friends, and they have made European Union. Likewise if India and Pakistan becomes friends, only then a new beginning can be made. So let us not quote what Europeans are doing today let us see as how they settled their disputes. Therefore, Peoples League urges both the nuclear neighbouring countries to eschew blaming against each other and forward with a momentous dialogue so that a peaceful resolution can come out for a long pending Kashmir tangle.Meanwhile spokesman pl has said to make every hurriyet program successful and to observe hartal on 15 august
 Reshi again reiterated his stand saying, “India should respect the freedom struggle of Kashmiris keeping in mind its own fight against British”.

 “We are not against the freedom or sovereignty of any nation, but can’t also tolerate to remain suppressed,”

WASEELAH [mediation];

WASEELAH [mediation]; The concept of the waseelah in islam is a delicate issue and has been the cause of  a lot of controversy among scholars. Whether the Waseelah  bi-dhat [mediation as such] is lawful or unlawful,in shariah. But as for the four famous imams are concerned, there opinion is very clear as none of them considers it permissible. Since it is not possible with in the confines of this work to have lengthy discussion, it is better to concentrate on imam Ibn Taimiyyah,s definition on this issue . According to imam Ibn Taimiyyah. It is unanimously agreed that whoever takes intermediaries between himself and Allah is committing Shirk. Word Wasselah has been used for three meanings; two of them are such on which scholars of Islam are agreed upon as they are corner stone faith.1, To seek mediation through faith and obedience.2, Second is Dua [supplication] and shifat[intercession] of Messenger [SA’AS]ONE who rejects these two wasselah,s is a kafir [disbeliever]. Because faith and obedience are the foundations of religion.
