The genocide of kashmiries started  on march month when on this fateful day Indian armed forces opened indiscriminate fire on a large number of people killing above 50  injuring  dozens .Leaders remind international community about their lapses & criminal negligence in their duty by not putting pressure on india to  arrest the killers of all these innocents who were  martyred without any crime except that of demanding the right of self determination  promised by United nations, the killers are roaming free & even some cases they were awarded promotions  also. They  further said that if international court of justice can  have persons in their court rooms who were involved in mass killings like in Serbia,Bosnia,Sudan  & many other places why cannot the same be done with the mass murderers of innocent kashmiries. Speaking to people they said due to lack of medical and in sufficient food and  burning heat health has badly  deteriorated Kashmir prisoners in different jails of India, Leaders said Kashmir prisoners languishing in jails in states of India, are not used to the scoring heat ,a delegation of prisoners family inform leaders about the health conditions of their beloved in jails, they said due to unbearable heat our kids fallen ill and also faint many times a day. Therefore Leaders  has demand their immediate release as well so that their kith and kin can see them who have not met them since long, They also demand the release of prisoners languishing in Srinagar and other jails as early as possible.On this occasion leaders appealed World community,Red cross , International human rights organizations to send their team to visit Indian jails were Kashmiri prisoners are languishing and investigate how they are being treated by jail Authority and also show their serious concern and make imitate steps for the early release of all political prisoners of kashmir .

An extra ordinary meeting of hurriyat conference Jammu kashmir was held at its head office Srinagar which was chaired by Muslim Conference Chairman & Hurriyat Conference JK convener Shabir Ahmed Dar ,and attended by executive leaders Mahaz Azadi president Mohd Iqbal Mir , International forum for justice chairman Mohd Ahsan untoo, young mens league chairman Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi, Tehreek istiqamat chaiman Gulam Nabi, Qutab i Alam, Shakeel ur Rehman, jamsheed Ahmad,Manzoor Ahmad, Master M Maqbool, Tahoor Sidiqi and others in meeting it was discussed on recent political situation of Kashmir. Leaders said that  pellet guns ,pava shells & bilateral dialogue are self contradictory as the supply of five thousand pellet guns to forces deployed in kashmir shows the aggressive & pro violence intent of the Indian policy makers. All those bilateral engagements between Delhi & Srinagar will continue to prove as exercise in futility till Kashmir is not discussed as core issue & the dialogue is not aimed at final dispensation of Kashmir dispute. The history stands testimony to the fact that India was never serious in finding a lasting solution to Kashmir issue according to the wishes & aspirations of Kashmiri people, it has brought disrepute to the institution of dialogue  by its non seriousness as it always used this civilized way of resolving disputes for its own benefits and to its own advantage. The track two exercise from Delhi for starting a dialogue with kashmiries is bound to fail  because India is not engaging with its neighbors citing  self created violence as reason  and using violence in Kashmir itself  to create fear among masses who want freedom , then how come it can imagine of an bilateral engagement . The freedom movement in Jammu Kashmir will reach its destination & such heinous acts can not stop this march of freedom. The horrifying  & terrifying events which unfolded after the martyrdom of great Mujahid Commander Shaheed Burhan Wani is testimony to the fact that India does not know any civilized way to deal with a popular uprising, but the terror tactics  which they have been using on civilians for last 70 years of occupation. The response by the valiant kashmiries to the state terrorism by coming on roads in millions has given a loud & clear message to India that their days are numbered in Kashmir . India so for is not listening to the reason & logic but has resorted to terror methods for forcing  kashmiries to submission by killing 100 innocent civilians wounding more than 14500 out of these wounded many are battling for their lives scores have been crippled & more than hundred (100) innocent children  have lost eyesight.The high number of these causalities show that India is at war with kashmiries ,but despite these  heinous abuses of human rights, the conviction & love for complete freedom has strengthened  beyond the imagination of enemy camp .The huge number of arrests have not yielded desired results for occupying forces but have proved instrumental in strengthening the belief of  the people that only way to end this continued  harassment & subjugation is  possible only after complete freedom from foreign occupation, so the need of the hour instead of an bilateral dialogue is to devise an effective policy which  will ensure right of self determination  for us & will do justice with the sacrifices of our martyrs.
