Reshi strongly condemned Restrictions and ban on performing Friday prayers at Historical Jamia Masjid continuously from above three months which is anti Islamic move from Government and termed it interference in religious matters . “On one side India is claiming ‘o’ tolerance but on the other side human rights violations in the state are being done by security forces and other agencies of India that goes unnoticed every day. The movement of Political leaders is being restricted and they are not allowed to offer Friday prayers.”  And pro.freedom leadership is facing every sort of oppression at the hands of india and its logical collaborators for more than Seven decades as the government is pressurizing local populace to face action. has said that the people of Kashmir have been deprived of their birthright to self-determination for the last several decades. He expressed serious concern over the fallen health conditions of Fro freedom leaders Shabir Ahmad Shah, Muhammad Yasin malik,Zaffar Akbar Bhat,Rafiq Ahmad Ganie and others  in jails. .Imtiyaz Reshi      strongly condemned   the ongoing spree of arrests and booking political activists under Public safety Act (PSA by the hands Indian Armed forces. He  said from seven decates Kashmiri’s are fighting peacefully  for achieving their birth right right to self determination for which they had given countless sacrifices .They said authorities want to break   People resolve but they will not succeed in their nefarious designs  

 He Said International community has adopted  communal silence  over the Kashmir issue which is serious concern he said Kashmir issue is a big challenge to international community and united nations organization but still world hasn’t paid any attention towards Kashmir Issue, world most important issue that can disturb the peace in whole world if not resolved peacefully.

On this occasion people protests against Indian illegal occupation on Kashmir and raises slogans in favor of Islam and Azadi  and anti Indian slogans .

Subject reminded the UNO to implement its resolutions on Kashmir,

Sir,  

       We would like to apprise before your Excellency that as u already know October 27 as the blackest day in the history of Jammu and Kashmir. it was on this day when India sent its armed forces to Kashmir to occupy it forcibly  on October 27 in 1947 to enchain Kashmiries in shackles of slavery.  

The United Nations had accepted Kashmir as an international dispute and passed resolutions for its solution. “The intransigent stance of India on Kashmir is the main hurdle to resolve the long-pending dispute added.  said that the lingering dispute could only be resolved through implementation of the UN resolutions and India must take concrete steps in this regard fair referendum by United Nations to resolve the Kashmir problem. "It is really deplorable and regrettable that UNO, the World forum commanding respect could not facilitate the implementation of its resolutions on Kashmir, UNCIP (United Nations Commission on India and Pakistan) in its Jan 5, 1949 resolutions vociferously recommended plebiscite to determine the political future of Kashmir,"  Kashmiri people. 

 “The people of Kashmir have never accepted the illegal Indian occupation Kashmir is a disputed area that has been illegally occupied by India sine from 27 October 1947 and the first resolution related to Kashmir issue was passed by the United Nations of 13 August 1948 clearly advocating to hold a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir and further directs both the countries not to claim sovereignty over the region.

He said that Kashmir Dispute is supported by 18 resolutions of United Nations and because the long pending Kashmir Issue both the countries have fought several wars.   Pt. Nehru also in his historical speech at Lal Chwok Srinagar has promised with Kashmir people that they will be allowed to decide their future, in which he failed and from 1947 government of India is muzzling the aspirations of Kashmiri people by not giving them a chance to use their birth right “right to self determination”.

   from last 70years, during which lakhs of Innocent Kashmiri people laid these precious lives, thousands were tortured in  integrations centers, Kashmiri young girls were reaped resulting greave human rights violations in the valley and very recently thousands of unmarked graves were found in the valley and thousands of youths were disappeared by forces  that itself are evidences of the human rights violations done by the Indian troops. that future of the South Asian region can only be saved by resolving the Kashmir dispute as per wishes of the Hardening its position in the backdrop of flaring tension and human rights violations in Kashmir the united Nation to implement its resolution on Kashmir and also urged the UN to take a serious notice of grave human rights violations that have been done by the government of India and security agencies during last 70years including, Killing of innocent people, gang rapes, tortures  in  integrations  centers as well as fake encounters.    

  Kashmir Issue is a nuclear flash point in the south Asian region and hence delay in its peaceful resolution has dangerous results.

  Kashmiri Innocent people from last 66 years are demanding Right to Self determination peacefully and democratically guaranteed by United Nations but they are still denied and hence the resolution of Kashmir issue is pending, resulting grave human rights violations, Killings and bloodshed in the Himalayan bounded Kashmir valley that still going on.

Seeking UN intervention,   no peace can be guaranteed in South Asia unless Kashmir issue is amicably settled by the parties to the issue namely India.

United Nations could play a constructive role in facilitating meaningful engagement and
dialogue between Pakistan, India and the Kashmiris for final resolution of the dispute. 
“Peaceful resolution of the dispute of Jammu Kashmir is in the interests of enduring regional peace and stability in south Asia besides in the interests of economic development in the region.

They forcibly occupied Jammu and Kashmir and on its 70th anniversary Kashmir people are observing complete shutdown to renew its pledge for getting freedom from India.” Leader said.
They said that India and its armed forces used every means of oppression and suppression for crushing the peaceful freedom movement of Kashmir but still naïve Kashmiris haven’t bowed before the oppressor and are continue its indigenous movement by braving the Indian military oppression.
HCJK leader said that during past 70 years people of Jammu and Kashmir haven’t sacrificed their lives, property and dignity for the sake of power or development but are rendering sacrifices for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict which has endangered the peace and stability of South Asian region.
They asked people to remain cautious about the anti-freedom movement designs of India and its collaborators. “Again they will approach you and lure you for their vested interests” They added.
HCJK leaders urged United Nations to resolve the Kashmir issue according to the resolutions they have passed guaranteeing right to self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

He maintained that India had failed to crush the freedom sentiment of Kashmiri people despite exhausting all its military might.
They said curfew, crackdowns, murder and humiliation of women had become hallmark of the Mahbooba regime to protect India's forcible occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.They warned that Indian regime's days were numbered in the valley due to its own hypocrisy and ferocity and moreover the rulers in Delhi were showing obliviousness to the political atmosphere in the wounded land of the Kashmiris. "India's battle for survival in the valley is like a dying wolf, it's doomed owing to its ethical and popular incapacity to acknowledge the reality, hence better to quit earlier than before, "he remarked. Srinagar, October 23,  Hurriyat Conference jk convener and Muslim Conference chairman Shabir Ahmad Dar, ,Mahzi Azadi president Muhammad Iqbal Mir, International forum for justice chairman Muhammad Ahsan untoo, young men’s league chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Tehreeqi Istiqamat Chairman Gulam Nabi War in a statement to media    league has paid glowing tribute to former resistance Leader and Supreme commander Aljehad Khaleel ur Rehman and  Bijbehara  martyrs who fell to the bullet of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Bijbehara on October 22, 1993.HCJK Leaders said Khaleel ur Rehman was double M A in English and Arabic and was the prime member of peoples league earlier in 1970 he was also close aid of Shaheedi Azimat sheikh Ab Aziz.

Leaders said that Kashmiri martyrs sacrificed their lives for a sacred cause and the sacrifices would not be allowed to go waste. They deplored that no action had been taken, so far, against the killers of the innocent people  of Bijbehara  despite passing of Twenty three years.
 “The sacrifices of 1993 and even after that are assets for the movement and can never go waste. Who sacrificed their lives will serve as beacon light for the rest of us.”   Adding that Kashmir martyrs have center staged the Kashmir issue and because of the martyrs world on humanitarian grounds wants to resolve the issue.

They said that more than 51 people were martyred, hundreds of got injured by the BSF troopers in Bijehara on October 22, 1993,  when the people of the area held a peaceful demonstration against the siege of Hazratbal shrine by Indian Army

They said that the ongoing movement would be taken to its logical conclusion and appealed the international community, United Nations and world human rights watch groups to take a serious note of the human rights violations done by the security forces in the valley and to help resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with Kashmiris’ aspirations and relevant United Nations resolutions.

Meanwhile HCJK leaders has expressed serious concern over the falling health condition of Liberation front chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik  who has been shifted to SKIMS for advance treatment .leaders added Malik is unable to walk or sit properly. In absence of medical aid, his health condition has deteriorated. They demanded Authority to provide Yasin Malik medical aid  without any further delay and make his early release possible.
