DOUBLE STANDARD OF LEADERSHIP THE BIG PROBLEM spokesman peoples league imtiyaz reshi.

DOUBLE STANDARD OF LEADERSHIP THE BIG PROBLEM
If we see history the great legend and leader of  Hamas Sheikh Yaseen, when he was suffering from paralyses disease his followers told yaseen that Israeli has made a latest medicine for paralyses if u will take it u will get rid of this disease Sheikh yasseen replied  I would like to die instead of taking  Israeli medicine because Israel will make it issue  on one side yaseen is fighting for freedom and on other side he  is  curing his disease by the medicine of enemy. This is the real character and dedication of a nation’s leader.  Now IF WE KEEP EYE ON KASHMIRI LEADERSHIP our leaders are curing their disease in Delhi max hospitals or in Apollo hospitals instead of curing in Kashmir based hospitals if we are separatist we should first of all boycott every Indian facility because first impression is the last impression . every freedom struggle needs  three requirements first plan second material third finance  assets  but in our struggle there is only financial assets only  maximum leaders has made THEIR  financial assets  with the help of this movement  as long we will not change our selves God , will not help us.  As for me this movement is worship to me and more respect than my daughters respect to me. COMMITTED TO BRING A PEACEFUL AND POLITICAL SOLUTION: waza sokesman l imtiyaz reshi

According to the spokesman peoples league Imtiyaz Reshi Senior Hurriyat Leader and  chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Mukhtar Ahmad Waza while addressing  huge gathering at K P road  Islamabad South Kashmir pays glowing tributes to the   Martyrs and said that their sacrifices would not go waste but would definitely bring positive results.   Waza reiterated that the best way to pay a tribute to these martyrs is to continue peaceful struggle till the final settlement of Kashmir issue.
Mukhtar Waza retained that Kashmir dispute is the main cause of tension in South Asia and needs to be resolved without any further delay and added that because of its impact on relations between Pakistan and India, the conflict over Kashmir directly affects the peace and stability in the entire region, which is home to millions of people.

They are the principal party to the dispute and the two countries have to talk to them to achieve a lasting and amicable solution,” Waza said. “Triangular dialogue paves way for constructive tripartite dialogue and added that Peace cannot be restored in the entire region until Kashmir dispute is resolved, even war on terror would not achieve its goals without the solution of Kashmir conflict”, he maintained.

RESOLUTION; JURISRUDENTIAL BASE AND BEDROCK OF KASHIR ISSUE. spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi.

IT IS REGRETTABLE that Kashmir at the tie of partition  of south asian subcontinent in 1947 because a bone of connection between India and Pakistan. With the initiative and appeal of India debate ensued in UNO on Kashmir . UNO constituted a commission known as united Nations Comission on India and Pakistan [abbreviated as UNCIP]. UNCIP resolutions of aug. 13,1948 and jan 5, 1949 from the base  and bedrock of jurisprudential discourse on kashir. Both the resolutions are as sacrosanct and sacred for us as UN chapter. We feel highly indebted and obliged to UNO for sanctifying the kashiris’ right to self-determination. It is true that the world body UNO during the 20 year debate and discourse on Kashmir, passed more resolutions to endorse and emphasize what the aforementioned UNCIP resolutions envisage and stipulate as indispensable roviso and caveat, i.e. right to self-determination. However, we we have every right to grumble against the inaction, passivity and, in fact, dereliction of this world body vis-à-vis its resolutions on kashir, thus its inactivity, inertia coupled with lassitude, languidness and vapidity complicated and confounded the Kashmir issue.AND INTRANSIGENCE, AND OBDURACY AND STUBBORNNESS OF INDIA RULERS HAS RENDERED THE KASHIR PROBLE MORE Complex. Delhi liege lords did everything possible to obfuscate and flummox the Kashmir issue  notwithstanding the promise and pledge of Pt. Jawaharal Nehru to facilitate a free and fair referendum in kashir to determine its political future.       It is pertinent to ention here that Pakistan, as the powerful contending party to Kashmir issue, stood like a rock to side with kashmiris in their heroic struggle for right to self-determination . so we vail our hats off to pak nation for its unflinching and uwavering support to kashir cause.

Failure of UNO in the implementation of its resolutions on Kashmir warrants and justifies  a controversy to question, to ipugn and arraingn the very jurisdiction of UNO as a world body . This body flouted kashir resolutions and literally made a laughing stock of our resistance oent. Its indifference, ineptitude and apathy derides our sacred freedom movement  a situation deplorable indeed. Now some pacifist and altruistic global leaders are thinking about laughing of a parallel world body to thwart the trend of un collapse. So parallelism in global politics is a concept that is assuming significance; it will, perhaps, become an indispensable paramount proposition for futuristic global politics  to address all the long-standing disputes like Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and etc.

Humans Have Rights But How Much Are Those Respected In The World HUMAN RIGHTS DAY BY IMTIYAZ RESHI

Humans Have Rights

But How Much Are Those Respected In The World

HUMAN RIGHTS DAY BY  IMTIYAZ RESHI

United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution 217-A (III) on 10th Dec. 1948. The main substance of these Articles is that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and freedoms set forth in this declaration without distinction of any kind such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, region, political or other opinion worth or other status. As per the declaration everyone has a right to life, liberty, security without any kind of torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and a right to recognition everywhere as a person before law.
Everyone as per declaration has a right not to be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile and has a right to leave and re-enter his country and has right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion and cannot be compelled to belong an association. That the two important covenants on (I)civil and political rights. (II) Covenant on economic social and cultural rights were passed in 1966, restating, and enlarging the scope of human rights. The more recent covenant passed by the General Assembly is known as international covenant on civil and political rights 1986 and all the signatories of such covenants have been asked to frame the human rights commissions in their countries and in this context, the Govt. of India has passed the protection of Human Rights Act 1993 and the state of Jammu and Kashmir passed protection of Human Rights Act in 1997.
The Supreme Court of India in its land mark judgement delivered in case “D.K BASU V/S STATE OF WEST BENGAL”  and “ASHOK-K-JOHRI V/S STATE OF U.P.” laid down some important guidelines regarding the arrests, searches and interrogation of the arrestees and failure to comply with such guidelines, directions would render the erring official subject to departmental action and also for contempt of court and it may be re-stated that no prior sanction of any Govt. is required for holding the contempt proceedings against any official of Union or state Govt.
As per the Supreme Court, torture has not been defined in the constitution or in other penal laws but as per Supreme Court ruling, “torture of a human being by another human being is essentially an instrument to impose the will of the strong over the weak by suffering”. The Supreme Court has quoted Andriana Barton.
“Torture is a wound in the soul so painful that sometimes you can almost touch it, but it is also so intangible that there is no way to heal it. Torture is anguish squeezing in your chest, cold as ice and heavy as a stone, paralyzing as sleep and dark as the abyss. Torture is despair and fear and rage and hate. It is a desire to kill and destroy including yourself”.
We have laws like Public Safety Act, Enemy Agent Ordinance, Prevention and Suppression of Sabotages Act, Armed Forces Special Powers Act, in addition to normal Penal Laws and we see always detentions, arrests, torture around us in utter violation of International Human Rights Declaration, Article 21 of Indian Constitution, protection of National and State Human Rights Acts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgements.
The Human Rights Violations are not only committed by the state but by the Individuals and private bodies as well, and in both the cases these are condemnable. The Union of India and State Governments have established Human Rights Commissions whose chairpersons and members are being appointed by the respective Governments as per their wishes and as such these don’t become effective bodies to deal with the magnitude of Human Rights violations.

According to the spokesman pl itiyaz reshi Waza pays tributes to Karbala martyrs

Srinagar, Dec 6: Paying glowing tributes to martyrs of Karabal, the
Execative member of Hurriyat Conference (M) and  chairman of Jammu
Kashmir Peoples league Mukthar Ahmad Waza said Hazrat Imam Hussain
(RA) along with his family members preferred martyrdom to surrender
before the tyrannical forces.
while addressing a large a large gathering mourners at Sofipora
Walrhama Phalgam waza said, “10th day of the month of Muharram is
called as the day of 'Ashura'. One of the important lessons of Ashura
is to beware of coming bad ending in our lives. It is the day on which
Imam Hussain (AS) sacrificed his life and the lives of many of his
family members and friends, in order to save the teaching of Prophet
Muhammad (SAW) from utter distortion and destruction.” Adding that the
incident teaches us that we should never forsake our principles for
pecuniary benefits and other personal interests. We should continue
our struggle with firm resolve and determination for realizing the
objective of our just cause.
Underlying the importance of Kashmir Issue for the Peace and Stability
in South Asia, Senior APHC Leader Mukthar Waza Waza urges India to
show seriousness in resolving the Kashmir dispute issue and added that
Kashmir dispute was not a border dispute between India and Pakistan
but a question of the future of Kashmiri people. He reiterated that
without the inclusion of Kashmiris’ genuine leadership, the dialogue
process between Pakistan and India would remain meaningless, as the
people of Kashmir were the main party in the dispute. Waza said that
the easiest solution available to resolve the 63-year-old dispute was
implementation of the resolutions passed by the United Nations. “As
long as the Kashmir dispute is not resolved, neither would political
uncertainty end in the South Asia nor can the people of the region
realize the dream of prosperity and development,” he maintained

He also strongly condemned the use of brute force by the police
against Muharam processionists in Srinagar on Sunday, injuring scores
of mourners and arresting over 100 others including senior hurriyat
leader Masroor Abas Ansari.
Terming the police action against peaceful mourners as interference
in the religious affairs of people, Waza prayed for the speedy
recovery of injured.
HE urged India to withdraw its troops, release illegally detained
leaders and activists and stop human rights violations in the
territory spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi.
