 Jammu Kashmir Youngmen League high level delegation headed by Chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi Wednesday  martyrs grave yard Eid Gah  to participate congregation prayers session in view of the  22th death anniversary of senior pro free dom  resistance leader and Islamic scholar Shamas ul Haq .

Imtiyaz Reshi was accompanied with party leaders Tahoor Sidiqi ,Rouf Aasmi,Umer Khalid and other party workers. Speaking on the occasion Imtiyaz Reshi paid glowing tribute to  Shamas ul Haq and Jamal Aafgani and other martyrs adding, Shamas ul Haq Haq was  deeply a pious religious scholar and  and his services to movement will not be forgotten and will be remembered always as a hero and we miss him in every corner of life.

  

  Shamas ul Haq  never compromise with his mission till his death and his role was a message and lesson to pro freedom camp,” Imtiyaz added.

Besides Imtiyaz Reshi several Hurriyat leaders who participated in death ceremony were Zaffar Akbar Bhat,Javaid Ahmad Mir, Nayeem Ahmad Khan ,Shabir Ahmad Dar,and Noor Mohmmad Kalwal were also present on the occasion.

 On the occasion leaders said in one voice no solution will be acceptable with out the consent of Kashmiri people because Kashmiri are the masters of the dispute.

today conveyed a day long party meeting in which party district
heads participated and held detailed discussion on present situation
of the conflict region. Paying tribute to resistance icon commander Jamal Aafgani on his 22th death anniversary Nazir Shab added he was young and brave commander of resistance movement ans was the close aidof Shaheedi Azimat Sheikh Ab Aziz and Khalil u rehman, instead of   surrender before the oppressor he chooses to die like a legend leader for the freedom of kashmir.
Both martyrs were  brave son of a brave mother who sacrifices their life for the real cause kashmirs freedom moment and not for the vote bank or administrative units.

on the eve of International human rights day young mens league delegation headed by chairman Imtiyaz Reshi along with Ishfaq Bhat and Rouf Aasmi today visited miasuma to attend 3o hours hunger strike and protest organized by JKLF Chairman Mohmmad Yasin Malik. On thisoccasion Imtiyaz Reshi expressed deep shock and anguish over the continuous serious rights violations committed by the Indian forces, in particular ghastly killings of innocent people in the state.

Reshi in a statement said that it is the responsibility of international community which is observing the day and protecting the rights globally must shun the double standards that they have maintained towards Kashmir and should come forward for pressurizing India to stop the rights violations which are taking place by the hands of Indian armed forces.

“After sixty-eight years of enforcing a military occupation on the people of Kashmir, one of the governments of India’s worst fears is now being realized. Nourished by memories of years of violent repression in which torture, innocent killing, molestation, and enforced disappearances have become commonplace the people of Kashmir are reacting only with non-violent protests. India must realize that despite the huge effort that they put into repressing the people of Kashmir the people are no closer to accepting their occupation than they were in 1947 when they first occupied the land.” Reshi said.

He urged the international community to impress upon India for immediate stop to its ongoing systematic human rights violations, and added that people of the Kashmir will continue its struggle till the achievement of right to self determination.

He condemned unabated serious crimes, torture, extra-judicial killings, custodial deaths and disappearances, fake encounters, arbitrary detentions, destruction of houses, shops and villages, and rape as instruments of suppression by the Indian Government through its military, paramilitary forces and mercenaries.

He said that it is irony that India armed forces under the cover of draconian laws are no were accountable for the crimes they have done are doing, so world community to should also take a serious note of the silence enforced by Indian army guns which is being presented as a peace and prosperity at international level by the India.

 Resolve Kashmir through UN Resolutions: Reshi

Jammu and Kashmir Young mens league chairman Imtiyaz Reshi along with party leader Rouf Aasmi and Tahoor Sidiqi today adressed public gathering after Friday prayers at shari khas Nowsherah ,on this occasion imtiyaz reshi said right to self determination forms the bedrock of k.issue and is the ultimate goal of kashmir. He said constitution youngmens league come to existence in 1969 and based on right to self determination . Reshi said from 1947 to 2015ten lakh kashmiri people gives their lives only for right to self determination and no other solution should be accepted. He emphasizes that India has converted the entire south Asian region into a dangerous zone due to its state terrorism and added that the people of Kashmir were being victimized for demanding their inalienable right to self–determination. He maintained that no power on earth could deter them from continuing their liberation struggle. They said India should not waste his time in off shoots the only way to solve k issue is Uno resolutions .
He said that Kashmiris liberation struggle was genuine and based on the principles of justice. He urged India to honor the commitment made by its leaders with the international community to give the Kashmiris the right to decide their fate themselves.

He said that will the global political scenario changing rapidly and fastly so it’s imperative for both the countries to to resolve the dispute through UN resolutions. He said that through Kashmir resolution peace and stability can be guaranteed in whole south Asian region as well as in India and Pakistan who have fought over three battles over the issue.

Reshi appealed international community including United Nations to take a strong notice of present situation in Kashmir particularly of the ongoing human rights violations by Indian troops.

committed to continue the ongoing freedom struggle despite all odds.
Adressing the function, Jamm and Kashmir people’s league Chairman
Leaders Paid glowing tributes to the martyred leader, and
said that party had given scarifies for the freedom of the nation and
it will continue till Kashmir gets resolved according to the United
Nations resolutions.
Reshi And Rehman refuted the claims of police that Gazi shab died in road accident
and said that the torcher marks were visible on the martyred leader’s
body.They demanded a through probe into the killing of leader by
international crime tribunal as the probes and investigations ordered
by the puppet authorities are fake and not worth to trust.
“How we can expect justice from the Killers first Indian troops kills
and then they assure us that they investigate, how irony is this,”
adding Kashmiri people don’t expect any justice from the india so it
is the responsibility of international community to take step ahead
for providing justice to the people of the state, illegally occupied
by India since 1947.
“We have learned from the past experiences that nothing came out from
the probes they order so we demand a probe through international crime
tribunal.”

Abdul Rashid Gazi
alias Gazi Baba in North Kashmir’s Baramullah district. Party leaders 
termed it barbaric and said that he was killed under a conspiracy
aimed to sabotage the freedom voice in Kashmir.

Reshi said that Gazi Shab was well known leader and pro-freedom voice
of Jammu and Kashmir and JKPL. He since his younger age continued to
raise the voice against India’s oppression and due which he was
martyred today. Reshi said that Gazi Shab was 65 years old and was
central council member of the party and during his political career
his was imprisoned many a times. He said that Gazi Shab scarified his
life for the ongoing movement and hence his role can’t be
underestimated.

Reshi said that the Gazi shab was on the way to Islamabad that day to breave party chairman Mukhtar Waza on his mother death .. He
demanded a high level judicial probe into the killing of leader as the
torcher marks were visible on his body.On this occasion people along with leaders raises slogans in favor of Islam and freedom.
On this occasion peoples league delegation compromised on Shakeel u rehman , Imtiyaz Reshi and Molvi javaid visited both sapore and shooru to pay glowing tribute to three innoceant youths which were martyred at pattan by agencies .Delegation expresses their symphaty with the family of martyr youths.

On the directions of Jammu Kashmir Peoples league Chairman  , a delegation of the party lead by Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi today visited the family of martyred teenager Umar Qayoom at Soura in Srinagar and paid glowing tributes to him and martyrs of 2010, who during peaceful anti-India demonstrations faced bullets of Indian military and laid down their precious lives for the just cause of freedom from Indian bondage. On this occasion Imtiyaz Reshi hosted the stage arrangements On the occasion, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi who was accompanied by Tahoor Ahmad Sidqi and Gulam Ahmad paid rich tributes to the martyred teenaged innocent boy and that the mission of martyrs will be taken to its logical conclusion. He expressed sympathy and solidarity with the family on behalf of Party chairman while speaking Imtiyaz Reshi said family of Umer qayoom still keep away from justice he said it was cold blooded murder and it is impossible for Kashmiri people to get justice from Indian coats. He said walls of Kashmir is colored with the blood of our martyrs and their will be no compromise till to achieve our basic goal Right to Self determination. On this occasion Imtiyaz Reshi hails Pakistan stand on Kashmir issue,  the gathering which assembled to remember the martyred teenager on his martyrdom anniversary and said that despite all odds Kashmiri nation has to accomplish the mission of martyrs. He said that martyrs especially the sacrifices given by innocent children and women will not be allowed to go waste.  Reshi urged Kashmiri nation to safeguard the mission of martyrs by thwarting the anti-freedom policies of India and its military forces besides reaming determinant towards the freedom struggle

. Reshi said world community has the acknowledged the role played by our martyrs in internationalizing the genuine freedom struggle of Kashmiri nation against the India’s illegal occupation and said that it is because of the sacrifices of our martyrs that the world community has started showing seriousness in resolving the conflict, However he said that final and peaceful resolution of Kashmir needs mush more seriousness, courage of world community for ensuring peaceful and stable south Asian region..

determination.
Following after the Eid Congregation prayers at Soura salfia Srinagar,
Imtiyaz Reshi and Tahoor Sidiqi along with dozens of hundred workers led a peaceful march chanting slogans in favour of
Freedom and Islam. .
Speaking to people leaders said,Indian electronic media is responsible for creating fire and tension like situation between India and Pakistan relations and their nefarious designs are only to disturb peace relations between Two nuclear countries India and Pakistan and these nefarious designs can give space to third world war. Leaders said, Indian main stream parties like BJP for their basic interest is trying to divert away World attention towards k issue. “The occupation authorities cannot succeed in their nefarious designs
as the people of Kashmir have pledged to secure the right to
self-determination despite all odds,” he added

Leaders said, “Off late instead of making the atmosphere conducive for talks, troops have let loose a reign of terror across the State. If immediate measures are not taken by the government of India, we can see resurgence of violence in Kashmir. It will be more violent and aggressive than we have seen in the past,” he said. said that settlement of the dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations was a must for cordial relations between Pakistan and India as the dispute was a bone of contention between the two countries.
They pointed out that immediate demilitarization of Jammu and Kashmir could be an effective confidence building measure between the two nuclear neighbors. They asked India to take solid steps for resolving the dispute over Kashmir so that permanent peace could be established in the region.
He stressed India to create conducive atmosphere for meaningful and result-oriented talks on Kashmir. He said that permanent peace in South Asia was impossible without the settlement of the long-pending dispute over Kashmir.
Leaders stressed inclusion of true leadership of the Kashmiri people in the dialogue process between Pakistan and India, as without their involvement talks might not succeed. They said that Kashmir was an important dispute that had created uncertainty in the entire South Asian region because it was between the two nuclear powers of South Asia. said that world
powers should understand the sensitiveness of internationally accepted
Kashmir issue for the betterment of whole south Asian region as the
issue has became nuclear flash point in the sub-continent and have
endangered the peaceful atmosphere of the region.

Leaders said due to burning heat health has deteriorated Kashmir prisoners in different jails of India,  They  said Kashmir prisoners languishing in jails in states of India, are not used to the scoring heat ,a delegation of prisoners family inform leaders about the health conditions of their beloved in jails, they said due to unbearable heat our kids fallen ill and also faint many times a day. Therefore  Reshi has demand their immediate shifting as well so that their kith and kin can see them who have not met them since long, he said. He also demand the release of prisoners languishing in Srinagar and other jails as early as possible before Eid. Imtiyaz Reshi has appealed to the people to observe austerity and
simplicity while celebrating the Eid-ul-Fitr and not to forget the
families of martyrs and detainees.
He said that Indian armed forces have martyred lakhs
of people, thousands subjected to enforced disappearance, thousands
rendered orphans, thousands of women rendered widows and the property
worth thousands of crores was destroyed since last over seven decades
now for pursuing the struggle for freedom.
