Waza, Mir and Reshi led protest demonstration against India’s illegal occupation 
Srinagar, October 27:

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza along with Liberation Front Chairman Javaid Ahmad Mir and other party senior leaders including Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi today led a protest demonstration against the Indian illegal occupation.
Protesters raised Pro-Islam and Pro-freedom slogans and pledged to continue its political struggle for getting freedom from the illegal occupation of India.
APHC leader addressing the protesters earlier termed 27th of October blackest as day in the history of Kashmir. “It was 27th of October in 1947 when India invaded Kashmir and its troops landed here. They forcibly occupied Jammu and Kashmir and on its 67th anniversary Kashmir people are observing complete shutdown to renew its pledge for getting freedom from India.” Leader said.
They said that India and its armed forces used every means of oppression and suppression for crushing the peaceful freedom movement of Kashmir but still naïve Kashmiris haven’t bowed before the oppressor and are continue its indigenous movement by braving the Indian military oppression.
APHC leader said that during past 67 years people of Jammu and Kashmir haven’t sacrificed their lives, property and dignity for the sake of power or development but are rendering sacrifices for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict which has endangered the peace and stability of South Asian region.
They asked people to remain cautious about the anti-freedom movement designs of India and its collaborators. “Again they will approach you and lure you for their vested interests but you have to remain committed towards the movement by rejecting the poll process.” They added.
APHC leaders urged United Nations to resolve the Kashmir issue according to the resolutions they have passed guaranteeing right to self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Waza, Mir  and Reshi visited Flood hit Pampore, expressed sympathy with affectees
Srinagar, October 25: Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza along with Liberation Front Chairman, Javiad Ahmad Mir  along with senior jkpl leader Imtiyaz Reshi Saturday visited flood hit areas of Pampore town and expressed sympathy with the victims.
Dozens of party activists,were accompanying the leaders. During the visit, the APHC leaders expressed sympathy and solidarity with the flood victims whose residential houses suffered damage. APHC leaders hailed the efforts of youth of the area for taking a lead in rescue, relief and rehabilitation works. They were informed that youth of the area saved hundreds of drowning people and exhibited that Kashmiri nation is enough courageous and brave.
Leaders appealed local organizations and youth groups to continue relief and rehabilitation initiatives for the flood affected population and assured possible help to them.
They said that instead of providing any kind of help to flood affected Kashmir, Indian government while exhibiting its cruel face has blocked international aid and has not allowed any internationally community particularly delegations of Islamic countries to visit the devastated Kashmir.
“Besides the support of International community, Kashmiris are finding no one around them, which is only because of Narendra Modi who has blocked the international aid.” Leaders said, adding blocking aid exposed the inhuman face of Indian Prime Minister again.
They urged people not to forget the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs which they rendered from last over seven decades particularly from last 25 years. They appealed common masses to remain attached with the freedom struggle at this hour of grief also.
Terming the ‘Kashmir Million March’ an important initiative of Kashmir Diaspora, Leaders said that it will help in generating awareness among the citizens of western world, although Kashmir is internationally recognized dispute.
They said that it is the prime responsibility of Kashmiris residing in western countries to aware them about the consequences of Kashmir conflict which is a nuclear flash point in the south Asian region as the countries involved in the conflict are nuclear armed.

Javaid hails efforts of Kashmiri Diaspora for organizing ‘Million March’
Srinagar, October 24: Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, accompanied by Liberation Front Chairman, Javaid Ahmad Mir and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Friday asked Indian government to open the channels of dialogue with Pakistan and Pro-Freedom Kashmiri leadership for averting a nuclear disaster in the region.
Addressing a gathering after Friday congregations in Kulgam district of South Kashmir, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that growing tension between the armies of India and Pakistan on borders is pushing both the countries towards a war which will bring a nuclear disaster in whole of the south Asian region.
“India and Pakistan has fought several wars over the issue of Kashmir but this time if they confronted each other it will be a nuclear disaster for the whole south Asian region as both the countries involved in conflict are armed with nuclear arms.” Waza told the gathering, adding region can’t bear the consequences of a nuclear war.
APHC leaders said that the Bhartiya Janta Party government in New Delhi led by its Prime Minister Narendra Modi need to introspect their Kashmir policy as the policy of oppression and repression has yielded nothing so far.
“Firing bullets, shells on borders can’t resolve the issue of Kashmir nor can the relations between the two countries can improve, hence if Modi wants peace and prosperity of the country then he has to resolve the dispute of Kashmir for normalizing the relations with Pakistan.” They said.
They said that Kashmir issue is the primary reason of confrontation between the countries.
They hailed the efforts of Kashmiri Diaspora for organizing ‘Kashmiri Million March’ in London and urged the world community to help in the resolution of decade’s old Kashmir dispute according to aspirations of Kashmiri people.
APHC leaders said that international community has accepted the Kashmir conflict a dispute and for its peaceful resolution, United Nation has passed several resolutions which guarantee right to self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
They said that on 27th October in 1947 Indian armed forces occupied Kashmiri forcibly and the first resolution related to Kashmir issue was passed by the United Nation’s on 13 August 1948, clearly advocating to hold a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir as well as directs both the countries-India and Pakistan not to claim sovereignty over the region but India continues to use oppression and suppression and is not implementing the resolutions.

SHAH, WAZA MIR AND RESHI paid rich tributes to Bijbehara martyrs
Srinagar, October 22: Executive member of Hurriyat Conference (M) and
Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples league, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today paid
glowing tributes to the martyrs of Bijbehara 1993 massacre.
While visiting Mazari-e- Shudha Bijberaha , Waza along with Senior
Pro-Freedom leaders Shabir Ahmad Shah, Javid Ahmad Mir, Mukhtar Ahmad
Sofi, 
Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and others paid glowing tributes to the martyrs who fell to
the bullet of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in
Bijbehara on October 22, 1993 when they were peacefully demonstrating
against the siege of Hazratbal shrine by Indian Army.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that Kashmiri martyrs sacrificed their lives
for a sacred cause and the sacrifices would not be allowed to go
waste.
“The sacrifices of 1993 and even after that are assets for the
movement and can never go waste. Who sacrificed their lives for the
bright future of Kashmiri nation will serve as beacon light for the
rest of us.” Waza said, adding Kashmir martyrs have center staged the
Kashmir issue and because of the sacrifices of martyrs world on
humanitarian grounds wants to resolve the issue.
He said that more than 51 people were martyred, hundreds of got
injured by the BSF troopers in Bijehara on October 22, 1993, when the
people of the area held a peaceful demonstration against the siege of
Hazratbal shrine by Indian Army.
“Our youth are courageously braving the oppression of Indian military
forces just to achieve the scared goal of Azadi from India’s illegal
occupation and we will not allow these sacrifices go waste.” Waza said
He said that the ongoing movement would be taken to its logical
conclusion and appealed the international community, United Nations
and world human rights watch groups to take a serious note of the
human rights violations done by the security forces in the valley and
to help resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with Kashmiris’
aspirations and relevant United Nation resolutions.
Waza said that resolution of Kashmir conflict according to wishes and
aspirations of Kashmiri people will guarantee the peace and prosperity
of South Asian region.
Pro-Islam, Pro-freedom and Pro-Unity slogans were raised on the occasion.
Senior Pro-freedom leader Shabir Ahmad Shah also addressed the gathering.

Senior APHC leader and spokesperson JKPL Imtiyaz Reshi today visited
flood affected areas padshahibagh and chanaporah by the advice of
chairman peoples league Mukhtar Ahmad Waza where he addressed people
and expressed their sympathy with the flood affected people. He was
accompanied by Engineer Fayaz, Gulam Mohmmad Mir and tahoor sidiqi,
Speaking to people Imtiyaz Reshi hails and welcomed the statement of
army chief of Pakistan Mr,Raheel Sharief .Reshi said, Kashmir issue is
first of all human issue rather than boarder dispute between India
Pakistan .India should also adopt positive approach like Pakistan
.Kashmiri people have given countless sacrifices to achieve their
basic goal RIGHT TO SELF DETERMINATION.UNO should play their best role
to solve the lingering Kashmir dispute according to the wishes and
aspirations of People of Kashmir through resolutions passed in time to
time in UNO.
Talking on mainstream politicians like Muzaffer Hussain Beigh and Prof
Saifuddin Soz  have lost all human values  and have sell out their
principles in greed of chairs .Reshi said, recent flood has destroyed
the economy of Kashmir badly but main stream politicians have only
hurry of L.a POLLS. Kashmiri people  have  always rejects these so
called polls under the shades of Indian constitutions and will reject
in future as well as people of Kashmir are well aware about the
ambitions of Indian main stream parties .Main stream parties have no
hold on people because people of Kashmir are with freedom aspects and

Waza, Mir and Reshi visited flood hit Lelhar Pulwama, expressed sympathy with flood affectees
Srinagar, October 15,

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza along with liberation Front Chairman Javaid Ahmad Mir and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi today visited flood hit lelhar village of Pulwama district.They were accompanied by Engineer Fayaz Ahmad and Gulam Mohudeen.
During the visit APHC leaders expressed sympathy with the flood victims and asked Indian government to rehabilitate the homeless affectees ahead of winter or allow the international aid.
They said that floods have devastated whole Kashmir particularly Lelhar village but amazingly puppet authorities have not yet completing the assessment of the damage. “Floods have washed away residential houses in this village like it washed away thousands of the houses in whole of the Kashmir valley and have left thousands of families homeless but it is astonishing fact that the puppet government is politicizing the issue for their vested interests.” They said.
APHC leaders said that instead of rehabilitating the flood victims, Indian government blocked the international aid which is injustice with the kashmiri flood victims. They urged international community to help flood affected Kashmiris.
They also expressed concern over the growing confrontation on border between India and Pakistan and said that international community must also intervene for resolving the Kashmir conflict according to aspirations of Kashmiri people as the Kashmir conflict is the main reason of confrontation between the countries.

Waza, Mir Reshi expresses sympathy with Pulwama flood affectless

Liberation Front Chairman Javid Ahmad Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Eng
Fayaz Ahmad today visited worst flood affected areas of Pulwama
district which include Charsoo, Gulzarpora, Beighpora, Dangarpora and
Reshipora.
During the visit, hurriyat leaders met several delegations and flood
victims who narrated their ordeals and grievances which they are
suffering at this stage of catastrophe.
APHC leaders expressed sympathy and solidarity with the flood
affectees and appealed affluent Kashmiris to come forward for
contributing in the initiatives of rehabilitating the homeless flood
victims ahead of the winter.
They also appealed international community to help the flood victims
as India miserable failed in providing any kind of relief to the
affected Kashmiris. They assured affectees that hurriyat conference is
working on to find out the solution of the problems which flood
victims are facing at this stage and was in touch with international
Muslim community which has so far as assured help.
Leaders criticized Indian government for not allowing the
international aid in Kashmir and said that New Delhi rulers were
deliberately pushing Kashmir into starvation, however the Kashmiris
especially youth have proved themselves during the testing times
especially during the flood catastrophe when they risked their lives
for rescuing mooned fellow Kashmiris.
On the occasion, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that international community
especially Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) has to shoulder the
responsibility of helping flood affected Kashmiris like they are
helping us in finding a peaceful resolution of decades old Kashmir
Conflict.

Waza visits Awantipora, paid tributes to martyr Showket Ahmad
Srinagar, October 10, 2014
Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today visited the residence of martyr Showket Ahmad Qasba at Awantipora and paid rich tributes to him.
Showket Ahmad was martyred by Indian troops during a siege and search operation in Charsoo area of Awantipora before a week. Mukhtar Ahmad Waza accompanied by party leaders expressed sympathy and solidaritywith the family of the martyr.
On the occasion, he said that India’s military oppression and suppression couldn’t muzzle the ongoing freedom struggle for which Lakhs of innocent Kashmiri people had laid down their precious lives. He said that people of Jammu and Kashmir would break down the chains of slavery and will achieve their cherished goal of freedom from Indian illegal occupation.
Strongly condemning statements of Indian politicians encouraging troops on border for a war, Waza said that border escalation was a deliberate attempt of India to shield its failure in providing any relief to Kashmiris flood affected.
“Thousands of Kashmiri flood affected families are homeless, economy, agriculture and horticulture sector of the Kashmir has suffered a huge loss and unfortunately after India’s failure in providing any relief to flood victims has blocked international aid and now, is escalating situation on borders which can prove disastrous for whole south Asian region.” Waza said.
He appealed international community to intervene for de-escalating border situation and for pressurizing both the countries to initiate meaningful dialogue on the peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict in the interests of peace and prosperity of South Asian region.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza also visited flood hit areas of Bijbehara and expressed sympathy with flood victims. He criticized puppet government for ignoring the flood victims and their grievances. Waza assured possible help and appealed locals to continue their efforts for rehabilitating the victims.

Senior APHC leaders and chairman JKLF Javaid Ahmad Mir ,senior peoples league leader Imtiyaz Reshi along with senior jkpl leader Mohd Maqbool Sofi and others addressed a gathering at malik shab soura after Friday prayers, speaking to people leaders said,Indian electronic media like Arwind Gosami is responsible for creating fire and tension like situation between India and Pakistan relations and their nefarious designs are only to disturb peace relations between Two nuclear countries India and Pakistan and these nefarious designs can give space to third world war. Leaders said, Indian main stream parties like BJP for their basic vote bank interest is trying to divert common public attention towards Loc to gain sympathy. “The occupation authorities cannot succeed in their nefarious designs
as the people of Kashmir have pledged to secure the right to
self-determination despite all odds,” he added
. Leaders said, “Off late instead of making the atmosphere conducive for talks, troops have let loose a reign of terror across the State. If immediate measures are not taken by the government of India, we can see resurgence of violence in Kashmir. It will be more violent and aggressive than we have seen in the past,” he said. said that settlement of the dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations was a must for cordial relations between Pakistan and India as the dispute was a bone of contention between the two countries.
They pointed out that immediate demilitarization of Jammu and Kashmir could be an effective confidence building measure between the two nuclear neighbors. They asked India to take solid steps for resolving the dispute over Kashmir so that permanent peace could be established in the region.
He stressed India to create conducive atmosphere for meaningful and result-oriented talks on Kashmir. He said that permanent peace in South Asia was impossible without the settlement of the long-pending dispute over Kashmir.
Leaders stressed inclusion of true leadership of the Kashmiri people in the dialogue process between Pakistan and India, as without their involvement talks might not succeed. They said that Kashmir was an important dispute that had created uncertainty in the entire South Asian region because it was between the two nuclear powers of South Asia. said that world
powers should understand the sensitiveness of internationally accepted
Kashmir issue for the betterment of whole south Asian region as the
issue has became nuclear flash point in the sub-continent and have
endangered the peaceful atmosphere of the region.
Mir, Reshi said that the devastating internal and external dimensions of
ages old Kashmir conflict could be controlled only after the two
nuclear countries along with the world community could understand the
sensitiveness of the issue. He said that the statesmanship of the
south Asian region should come forward for the resolution of Kashmir
issue that will bring stability in the world.

Srinagar, Oct 06: Chairman JKLF and Hurriyat (M) senior  leader along
with Peoples League spokesperson Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi at Historical
Eidgah Srinagar  led a protest rally demanding right to self
determination.
Following after the Eid Congregation prayers at Eid Gah Srinagar,
Javaid Mir and Imtiyaz Reshi along with dozens of hundred Awami Action
Committee workers led a peaceful march chanting slogans in favour of
Freedom and Islam. However as soon as the really starts to begin the
state police using power on unarmed protesters and started teargas and
pellet shelling over the mob.
During the rally, a budding Journalist of Valley Bilal Bashir Bhat,
Chief Editor Kashmir based Newsportal Only Kashmir, while covering the
report was hit by a teargas shall, thus facing the life threatening
suffocations, he was rushed to nearby hospital while after First Aid
he was discharged.
Meanwhile dozens of people also received injuries. JKLF chairman
javaid mir and peoples league spokesperson imtiyaz reshi  has
strongly condemned this sheer shameful act of people and CRPF wherein
they used teargas shelling to disperse the peaceful protesters
demanding right to self determination.
