Kashmir dispute is bone of contention between Pakistan and India: JKPL spokesman imtiyaz reshi,


Senior Leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference and  chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has said that only a peaceful solution of Kashmir dispute can restore trust between India and Pakistan.
Waza while addressing a gathering at  kulgam jamia masjid syed samnani after Friday prayers   has hails the recent talks between india and pakistan emphasized that friendly relations between Pakistan and India are necessary for development in the South Asian region and peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute is a pre-requisite for it.
Waza said that settlement of the dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations was a must for cordial relations between Pakistan and India as the dispute was a bone of contention between the two countries.
Waza pointed out that immediate demilitarization of Jammu and Kashmir could be an effective confidence building measure between the two nuclear neighbours. He asked India to take solid steps for resolving the dispute over Kashmir so that permanent peace could be established in the region.
He stressed India to create conducive atmosphere for meaningful and result-oriented talks on Kashmir. He said that permanent peace in South Asia was impossible without the settlement of the long-pending dispute over Kashmir.
Waza demanded an end to unlawful arrest spree and halt to gross violations of human rights by Indian troops in Kashmir. He said that the world community had recognized Kashmir as a dispute, which should be settled through dialogue process.

People’s league remembers leader Khalil u Rehman on his 20th death anniversary Waza,


 According to the spokes person of pl said Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, chairman Mukhtar Ahmad waza pays glowing tributes to  Khalil u rehman on his  20th martyrdom anniversary, has said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs will not be allowed to go waste and their mission will be accomplished at all costs.
A Thread bare discussion  and fathe khawani  was managed  by peoples league by the advice of pl chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza at srinagar  district office chaired by senior pl leader Imtiyaz Reshi   and attentad by senion pl srinagar central cousell members and district leaders which include Gulzar ah Katju, shakeel munwer, mohd yousuf captain, Irshad ahmad, ingner Nissar ah mir ,Dr Manzoor ah Dar, Mohd Iqbal Dar, umer Khalid AND Rouf Kasmiri and senior pl leader Nazir ahmad Munshi.
  KhALIL SAHIB   was arrested by the Indian   Forces  and killed in custody on this day in   1992 at  kakaporah Pulwama  and was the chief of peoples league and  founder member of pl joined pl on 1971,Khalil Urehman was Masters degree in English and Aarabic .Khalil u Rehman was the right hand of Shaheedi azimat sheikh Abdul Aziz
 
Speaking in the meeting,  Reshi  said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs had centre-staged the Kashmir dispute at the international level. He reiterated the pledge to continue the liberation struggle, despite all odds. The APHC leader urged India to eschew its stubbornness and take steps to settle the lingering dispute. He said that New Delhi had failed to suppress the voice of Kashmiris by force since 1947. He demanded withdrawal of Indian troops, release of political prisoners and annulment of draconian laws.

According to the spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi Senior Hurriyat Leader and  Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad waza in a declaration has felicitated Muslim brethren on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr and urged people of Kashmir to observe this carnival with extreme austerity. Waza has urged people to pray for the elevation-status of Kashmiri martyrs. Waza stressed that we must not forget those who are living under biggest prison in the World, prison of Kashmir, where millions of Kashmiris are daily facing torture, and killing since 64, years. Waza asked the people to express solidarity with the families of martyrs and wounded persons by visiting their houses on the day. Waza has appealed the people to help the families of their Kashmiri brethren, who were injured or martyred by Indian police and troops during the ongoing agitation. Waza has strongly condemned over the killing of Muslim majority in Assam And Burma , Waza has also condemned over the silence  of UNO and OIC, WAZA said in these hard hours Burma Muslims should not be left alone we Kashmiris will give their full support to them Waza has appealed to human right violation organizations to put pressure on Burma government to stop killing of innocent Muslims in Burma and Assam,
Meanwhile according to the spokes person of pl said  peoples league has paid a glowing tribute to Khalil u Rehman on his 20 death annursary  , a delegation of peoples league by the advice of pl chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has visited the house of Khalil uRehman at  Pulwama kakaporah, a delegation was headed by senior pl leader Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and compromise with Farooq Ahmad Dar, and Gulzar Ahmad Katju were they paid a glowing tribute to Khalil sahib , Reshi said KhalilUrehman was the founder member of peoples league he was martyred in 1992 in custody  by forces at kakaporah he was the chief of peoples league also

 Spokesman Peoples League Imtiyaz Reshi Said,Senior Hurriyat Leader and   Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has said that the third martyrdoom of Shaheed-e-Azeemat (Martyr of Determination), Sheikh Abdul Aziz would be observed across Jammu Kashmir  on August 11) to pay glorious homage to Shaheed-e-Azeemat, Sheikh Abdul Aziz, and other 70 people who were martyred ruthlessly during last three years agitation has infused new vigor and passion among people of Kashmir for his devotion in unflagging pursuit of a just and noble cause. Waza reiterated that the martyred leader was imprisoned scores of times for the sole crime of speaking the truth, never compromising his principles and calling for justice. “His efforts will remain forever a milestone in the history of the freedom struggle of Kashmir,” he maintained. Waza said that the people of Kashmir would never forget the selfless contribution and the tireless efforts of Sheikh Abdul Aziz, who has scarified his life for the cause of nationMukhtar Waza said pl will organize Dua-e Majlis for sheikh Aziz at DIST level also that 11th August is the historic day for all Kashmiris and we will remember Sheikh Abdul Aziz on this day and added that Sheikh Abdul Aziz was a committed and dedicated pro-freedom leader whose sacrifice has given a new dimension to the ongoing Kashmir freedom struggle. "His mission shall be taken to the logical conclusion utterly," Waza said. He said that the blood of martyrs would not go waste but would definitely bring positive results. He said that it was result of Kashmiri martyrs that today the Kashmir dispute had been discussed in international forums and the world community had taken keen interest in its solution. Meanwhile  a   meeting of pl was managed at soura too see arrangements for 11 aug by the advice of pl chairman mukhtar waza meeting was led by spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi and chief organisor pl Farooq Ah dar and district president Gulzar Ah Kadghu and dozens of party workers  to give the final touch to 11 aug                                                                                                          
"The Kashmir movement is passing through a critical phase and all of us have to resolve our determination towards it. We have to accept the challenges and take the movement to its logical end,"  spokesman added
The PL Chairman said that this Day will be observed also in international level like in Pakistan, Brussels, Canada, Australia, etc to reaffirm Kashmiris resolve to continue their struggle against all odds.

OBSERVE INDIA’S indepence DAY AS BLACK DAY: JKPL No other ofition to show our anger.Waza,

‘India has no justification to observe Independence Day in IHK’
Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, today held an extraordinary meeting at district office Islamabad has appealed the people to observe India’s Republic Day as black day.
While addressing in a meeting, senior leaders and  Chairman of JKPL, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that the Kashmir’s   had been fighting for the right to self-determination and Indian  indepence Day had no relevance in Jammu and Kashmir. Waza said, we don’t want to hurt the  sentiments  of India people but there is no other offition to show our anger  Waza said India is claiming big democracy but in Kashmir he muzzles the freedom of others is it genuine for India to celebrate  indepence day in such enviroment“Our struggle is not against any nation, tribe, and religion or against the sovereignty of any country. But our struggle is the struggle for our rights”, adding “Kashmir movement does not belong to any particular individual. This movement belongs to the people of Jammu Kashmir and represents their wishes and aspirations.”  He also castigated the puppet administration for subjecting people to harassment and intimidation in the name of so-called security measures. He said that the whole Jammu and Kashmir had been turned into military garrison and people are being denied free movement
Waza asked the Kashmiri people to observe India’s  indepence day as black day to convey to the world community that New Delhi continued to deny them their inalienable right to self-determination.
Meanwhile  spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi said  and urged India to take steps to create conducive atmosphere for resolving the Kashmir dispute through tripartite talks so that permanent peace could be established in South Asia. “Withdrawal of troops, repeal of black laws, and release of pro-freedom leaders and activists besides an end to the state terrorism in Kashmir can be helpful towards resolving the lingering dispute,” he added. He maintained that Martyrs are the precious assests of out nation (Kashmiris) who are our real heroes and their mission shall be carry forward till to the logical end come what may. Waza maintained that the sacrifices of the people of Kashmir would definitely bring positive results and Kashmiris would get rid of Indian bondage. Waza said that military might will in no way be able to break the resolve of Kashmiri people to continue their struggle for right to self-determination.
