Strongly condemning killings of eight innocent civilians by happy trigger forces .

HCJK Leaders shabir Ahmad Dar, Muhammad Iqbal MIR, Muhammad Ahsaan Untoo, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Gulam Nabi war in their joint statement said the resilience and the convection shown by the people of Kashmir by rejecting so called elections has given clear and loud message to   Indian rulers that the people of Kashmir wants only freedom from their occupation. The trigger forces once again   shown their  terror temperament  by opening fire on innocent civilians resulting martyrdom of eight persons and causing injuries of hundreds of Kashmir youths. We salute our martyrs and reiterate our pledge to safe guarding of huge sacrifices of martyrs.

JKLF Chairman Javaid Ahmad Mir  and young mens league chairman  Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi visited today SMHS hospital to enquire health conditions of pellet and bullet gun victim injured of Budgam and Srinagar.Mir and Reshi confirmed the health condition of several injureds their namely Umer Ali, Waseem Ahmad, Mehraj u din ,Uzair Ahmad ,Ishfaq Ahmad Lone and others who were injured by the heavy pellet gun and bullet firing of Kashmir task forces and Indian forces .They expressed their sympathy and solidarity with the pellet victims and their families and prayed Almighty Allah for the speedy recovery of Injureds.Javaid Ahmad Mir and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi said the convection shown by the people of Kashmir by rejecting so called elections has given clear and loud message to tangent Indian rulers that the people of Kashmir wants only freedom from their occupation. The Indian forces once again   shown their terror by opening fire on innocent civilians resulting martyrdom of eight persons and causing injuries of hundreds of Kashmir youths.Mir and Reshi appealed to world community red cross Asian watch and others to pressure on India to stop human rights violations in Kashmir and investigate the Budgam and Srinagar killings by an international court of tribunal.

In connection to election boycott process of HCJK a delegation led by its convener and Muslim conference chairman Shabir Ahmad DAR along with young mens league chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi ,Tahoor Sidiqi today visited several places in Srinagar where they  distributed election boycott posters among the people and appealed people to boycott upcoming  elections completely. Shabir Ahmad DAR said casting votes under Indian constitution  is treason with the blood of martyrs.He said from 1947 to till date Kashmiri people has given countless sacrifices for their birth right Right to self determination and during past 70 years people of Jammu and Kashmir haven’t sacrificed their lives, property and dignity for the sake of power or development but are rendering sacrifices for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict which has endangered the peace and stability of South Asian region.
They asked people to remain cautious about the anti-freedom movement designs of India and its collaborators. “Again they will approach you and lure you for their vested interests but you have to remain committed towards the movement by rejecting the poll process.” Leaders said the people are are participating in elections and casting their votes are rounding the ropes of slavery around the necks of new generation therefore it is moral duty of every kashmiri to safe guard their sacrifices despite of all odds and is the sign of live nations.

HCJK continued election boycott campaign in different places of Srinagar and  Budgam.

HCJK delegation led by its convener and Muslim conference chairman Shabir Ahmad Dar, along with ,International Forum for justice chairman Muhammad Ahsaan Untoo and young Mens League chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and others today visited  Ompora, Narkura areas of  Budgam  district. During the daylong visit they distributed anti-election literature and appealed general public o stay away from the sham polls being conducted in the state with the help of heavy military might.

They told people that India was misleading the world community with the help of these polls and it is because of these people our people are being hanged, killed and jailed.

“If you take part in those elections you will elect again those mainstream politicians who hanged ShaheedM Maqbool Bhat and  Shaheed Afzal Guru, who are responsible for the bloodshed in the valley, who have jailed our hundreds of leaders and young people besides these oppression India at international level after these sham polls justifies its illegal occupations, so we have to stand united and reject these polls for sending a message to world community that Kashmir’s want resolution of Kashmir issue.” They told the people.

They said that people in   Kashmir had proven their aspirations and sentiments before the world community by boycotting the polls. . Remembering the sacrifices lay down by martyrs, they and urged people to respect the sacrifices of martyrs and their mission by boycotting the polls.

They also condemned the arrest spree and said that hundreds of people including youth and pro-freedom leaders have been arrested ahead of the sham polls.
