“Internationally it is understood that peace in South Asia and stability is Afghanistan is corelated with the resolution of Kashmir issue,” he said, adding that friendship between India and Pakistan can help resolving long pending issue of Jammu and Kashmir.Maintaining that his faction of Hurriyat conference is ready to support peace proposals, waza said daolgue alone can bring peace to the state.
Paying glowing tributes to those who scarified their lives during last more than two decades of resistance struggle in the state, he said the onging freedom struggle will be carried forward to its logical conclusion. Further he said that economical stability in Jammu and Kashmir is much needed for the early resolution of the issue and stressed upon the contribution in the development of different sectors particularly in Tourism and Agriculture.
