Peoples League paid a glowing tribute on of 3 7th Martyrdom Anniversary of Gh. Mohammad Bulla imtiyaz reshi

Jammu Kashmir Peoples League  has paid a glowing tributes to Ghulam Muhammad Bulla of Sopore on his 37th martyrdom anniversary. Ghulam Muhammad Bulla was arrested by the Indian police and killed in custody on February 15, 1975, for leading a protest rally against Indra-Abdullah Accord in Sopore. Jammu Kashmir Peoples League said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and their mission would be taken to its logical conclusion  senior Hurriyat Leader and  Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that Kashmiri martyrs centre-stagedKashmir dispute at the international level. He reiterated the pledge to continue the liberation struggle, despite all odds.
Waza said "Kashmir is the core issue between the two nuclear powers of the region. If the issue is not included in the agenda and there is no positive headway for its resolution, the talks are bound to fail," Waza alleged.
Waza urged India to “eschew its stubbornness” and include the dispute over Kashmir in the forthcoming talks between the   Pakistan and India. “Right from 1947,India has been trying to suppress the voice of Kashmiris by force. But neither they succeeded in the past, nor they would in future,” he added. Waza warned that New Delhi was pushing Kashmiris towards violent revolution. “Off late instead of making the atmosphere conducive for talks, troops have let loose a reign of terror across the State. If immediate measures are not taken by the government of india, we can see resurgence of violence in Kashmir. It will be more violent and aggressive than we have seen in the past,” he said. Reiterating his demand for demilitarization, Waza said, “Immediate and complete cessation of military and Para-military actions against the civilian population in Jammu Kashmir, withdrawal of military presence from the towns and villages, dismantling of bunkers, watchtowers and barricades, release of political prisoners and annulment of draconian laws are must for the protection of life and property of people.”
Mukhtar Waza pointed out that the international human rights organization had been calling upon India from time to time to stop rights abuses in the territory but these pleas had been falling on deaf ears.
