  Glowing tributes paid to JKPL leader Ghulam Muhammad Bulla on his martyrdom anniversary
Kelar Shopian, Pathribal martyrs remembered

Srinagar: Feb 14:
All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and Jammu Kashmir people’s league Chairman,
 Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, has paid glowing tributes to Ghulam Muhammad Bulla of Sopore on his 39th martyrdom anniversary.
Mukhtar Ahmads said that Ghulam Muhammad Bulla was arrested by the Indian police and killed in custody on February 15, 1975, for leading a protest rally against Indra-Abdullah Accord in Sopore.
Waza said that Shaheed Ghulam Muhammad Bulla was pioneer leader of Jammu and Kashmir people’s league who scarified his precious life for Kashmir cause. He expressed solidarity and sympathy with the family and said that the role he played in ongoing freedom movement can’t be ignored or underestimated.
He said that the Kashmiri martyrs had centre-staged Kashmir dispute at the international level and their sacrifices would not be allowed to go waste. He said that the mission of Kashmir martyrs would be taken to its logical conclusion at all costs. 
Waza said appealed general public to attend the Ijtimahi Fateh Khwani program being held at Sopore under the banner of All Parties Hurriyat Conference.
Meanwhile addressing Friday prayers in Brai-Anangan Shangus Islamabad, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza paid rich tributes to Kelar Shopian and Pathribal Martyrs. He said that army’s self styled verdict was painful and it exposed the tall claims of Indian democracy. He again urged international community especially the human rights organizations to take a serious note of ongoing human rights violations in Kashmir.
He condemned the repressive tact’s Indian armed forces and said that repression and oppression can’t help India any more to suppress the Kashmir freedom movement. He paid also glowing tributes to two youths who were martyred yesterday by Indian army during a siege and search operation in Pinjora Shopian. He condemned the use of brute force on locals during the peaceful protests in the same area and expressed sympathy with the injured civilians.
Rejecting the investigation of molestation case through Indian or state investigative agencies, Waza demanded its investigation through an independent international investigative agency. “What happened to Kunun-Poshpora, Pathribal , Shopian double rape and murder case and others. These tribunals are rubbing our wounds so how can we expect justice from them.” Waza said.
He said that it is unfortunate that at a time when whole India is fighting to lower down the crime against the women but for us they allowed their tainted collaborators, security forces to rape and molest our sisters and mothers which unacceptable and can’t be tolerated.
