It is worth to mention that S Hamid Wani was arrested by the Indian
police and killed in custody on April 18, 1998 in Soura
Srinagar;Imtiyaz Reshi said it is quite unfortunate besides being
founder of movement and prime of Shori Jahad And hurriyat Conference
APHC fails to organize any even single seminar on S Hamid Wani showing
double standards.On this regard Imtiyaz Reshi once again appealed to
close coolegues of S Hamid Wani and all fractions of Hurriyat
Conference to participate on 18th april at 10;30 AM at martyrs grave
yard Eid Gah to show solidarity with martyrs.
On the occasion Lib-ration front leader Molvi Riyaz said that the
sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and
their mission would be taken to its logical conclusion and sacrifices
of Kashmiri martyrs had center-staged the Kashmir dispute at the
international level. He reiterated the pledge to continue the
liberation struggle, despite all odds. He said that the scarifies of
hurriyat leadership especially the scarifies of innocent kashmiri
people will not be allowed to go in vain.
