HCJK delegation today visited Soura Buchpora to warm welcome release of Mohammad Hussain Fazili,

Delegation also enquires health condition of senior Resistance leader Muhammad Maqbool sofi.

HCJK delegation led by convener shabir Ahmad Dar along with young mens league chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad reshi ,umer khalid today visited the house of , Mohammad Hussain Fazili,who spends  of illegal detention in a case of Delhi bomb blasts along with other two ,delegation warm welcomed his release and lauded their courage and conviction international human rights organization must take cognizance that the innocent kashmiries were falsely charged which was proved by the court judgment after 11 years they served in the notorious Tihar jail. They said Arrested on fake charge of his involvement in 2005 Delhi blasts, Fazili moved out a free man, innocent, but it took him 11 years. Fazili, now 43, was released on Friday following the order of acquittal passed by a Court on Thursday. Fazili, who was 30 when arrested, now sports a long flowing beard. He was a Shawl weaver .Delegation declared release of Mohammad Hussain Fazili,  a moral boosting step and demand release of others innocent political  prisoners of  Kashmir who are detained in outside Kashmir jails from several years.

Meanwhile delegation of Hcjk delegation led by convener shabir Ahmad Dar along with young mens league chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad reshi ,umer khalid  also visited soura Awqaf building to enquire health condition of ill Resistance leader and chairman of Peoples league Muhammad Maqbool sofi  who is seriously suffering from near about seven months in his home .Delegation prayed Almighty Allah for the speedy recovery of Maqbool Shab and express sympathy and solidarity with him.
