JKPL URGENT Police detained people’s league Chairman, Mukhtar Waza and was kept under house arrest
 


Srinagar, March 31: Jammu and Kashmir People’s League Chairman,
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza was today detained and was  put under house arrest t his residence waza was scheduled to attend the nimazi jinazah  to martyr sanaullah at kmd Islamabad
Party spokesperson, Imtiyaz Reshi, in a press statement said that
police raided the house of Mukhtar Ahmad Waza at Kadipora Islamabad
during  in early hours  and detained him in  home at Islamabad and was not allowed to go for attending nimazi jinazah.
He  strongly condemned the detention of party chairman by the police  and said “On one side India is claiming ‘o’ tolerance but on the other side human rights violations in the state are being done by security forces and other agencies of India that goes unnoticed every day. The movement of Political leaders is being restricted and they are not allowed to  raise their voice .”  And pro.freedom leadership is facing every sort of oppression at the hands of india and its logical collaborators for more than six decades as the government is pressurizing local populace to face action. has said that the people of Kashmir have been deprived of their birthright to self-determination for the last several decades.
