Waza tells Indo-Pak to implement CBM’s paving way for Kashmir resolution

Srinagar, May 17:  Jammu and Kashmir People’s League Chairman, Mukhtar
Waza today appealed India and Pakistan to implement the promised
confidence building measures (CBM) paying way for the resolution of
decades old Kashmir dispute that has endangered the peace and
stability of south Asian region.
Addressing people after Friday prayers here in South Kashmir’s Achabal
area Muktar Waza said, “Kashmiri people have given unlimited scarifies
for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue and both the countries
involved in the issue are non serious but this non seriousness can
hamper the economic growth of whole south Asia.”
He said that Indian prime Minister Manmohan Singh has promised to
implement the confidence building measures but still after the passage
of years kashmiri still wait by which both the countries can move
forward.
“CBM’s like releasing prisoners lashing in different Indian jails,
demilitarizing state, making borders irrelevant and free trade across
the divided parts will really help both the countries in resolving
Kashmir issue and they will mark the step .” he said.
Waza said that kashmiri prisoners lashing in Indian jails are being
treated inhumanly while as Indian authorities who are being
pressurized by the international community also to trace the forced
disappeared person whose parents are awaiting for them besides
passages of over 22 years.
He appealed Indian authorities to shift kashmiri prisoners to Srinagar
central jail as the incidents that took place indo-pak jails have
threatened the families of Kashmiri prisoners lashing in Indian jails.
He said that Indian authorities are hatching conspiracies against the
kashmri youth as to divert their minds from the Kashmir issue.
“Conspiracies are being hatching against our youth and they are being
addicted to drugs as to finish their pro-freedom stand in the state.”
Adding India will not get any success in such inhuman tact’s.
He said that Kashmir youth are well aware about these conspiracies and
they will let Indian to succeed them in their evil designs
