JKPL held daylong meeting was organized today on recent political situation of Kashmir.
Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir people’s league today conveyed a daylong
meeting chaired by pl chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and  attended by party general central council members that was
 Wise Chairman Nazir Ahmad Khan 2nd wise chairman Farooq Ahmad Dar  state General sectary Mohd Ashraf Vaid,  general sectary 2nd Gulam Qadir Rah Cheif Spokesman Imtiyaz Ahmad reshi provincial president Shakeel-ul-Rehman,
 
  chief coordinator Gulam Mohd Mir, Distrcit president Srinagar   Shabir Ahmad
Bhat,  engineer Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Tahoor Ahmad , Master Maqbool   Mulvi Javed, Javied Ahmad Wani,
abdul Ahad Qadri and others.
During the meeting party chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza discussed recent
political cum social developments of the state.
While concluding the meeting, Chairman People’s League, Mukhtar Ahmad
Waza said that the party is itself a movement whose mission is Win,
Freedom and Islam. He directed all its central counsil members and
district representatives to get in touch with people and strength the
roots of party on all levels.
Central council members also supported chairman and said that they
will not allow any body to defame the party by one or the other means.
Party Chairman, Mukthar Ahmad waza briefed party leaders and activists about the present political situation of region and it was observed that party that has played an important role in internationalizing the decades old Kashmir issue.  

Party leaders and activists during the meeting expressed concern over the state terrorism under which police and other security agencies were arresting Youths on fake charges. They said that India can distract people from the freedom struggle through such brutal tact’s and said that they will continue to support Kashmir movement peacefully.

Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, while addressing the meeting said that the freedom movement of Kashmir is at its important stage and stressed upon party workers, leaders and activists to intensify its activities and reach out to people who has laid their lives and property for the Kashmir freedom cause.
