Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, today  has appealed the people to observe India’s Republic Day as black day.
Senior Hurriyat leaders and  Chairman of JKPL, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that the Kashmir’s   had been fighting for the right to self-determination and Indian Republic Day had no relevance in Jammu and Kashmir. Waza said, we don’t want to hurt the  sentiments of India people but there is no other offition to show our anger  Waza said India is claiming bigger democracy but in Kashmir he muzzles the freedom of others is it genuine for India to celebrate republic day in such environment “Our struggle is not against any nation, tribe, and religion or against the sovereignty of any country. But our struggle is the struggle for our rights”, adding “Kashmir movement does not belong to any particular individual.
Meanwhile the spokesperson o jkpl imtiyaz reshi said that senior hurriyat leader and chairman jkpl Mukhtar ahmad waza has paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of Hanwarah and Kupwara on their death anniversaries.Waza said Kashmiri people knows better it is                                                                                         impossible to prevail justice from Indian   jurdictionary   system.Waza said central government and state government both has lose control on army and Kashmir has converted               into military garrison under the shades of black laws like  AFSPA.waza also castigated the puppet administration for subjecting people to harassment and intimidation in the name of so-called security measures. He said that the wholeJammu and Kashmir had been turned into military garrison and people are being denied free movement
Waza asked the Kashmiri people to observeIndia’s Republic Day on January 26 as black day to convey to the world community that New Delhi continued to deny them their inalienable right to self-determination.Waza said martyrsare the assets an dreal heroes of this m o ment and the blood and         sacrifices given by our martyrs will definitely bear fruit  and we will be free from India .Waza Said resolution of Kashmir farms the base   and bedrock of Kashmir dispute and there will be no  negotiation with these resolutions at any cost and our peaceful struggle against India will be continue  till to achieve our basic goal Right To Self Determination.
Meanwhile jkpl chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has paid glowing tribute to two young journalists Zakir Yousuf Malik on the death of his brother in law and another journalists  Qayoom Khan  on the death  of his Aunt.Mukhtar Ahmad         Waza has paid his  sympathy with the both bereaved families and a delegation of   jkpl by the advice of chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza visited the  house of both journalists for paying glowing tribute to the buried souls
