Mukhtar Ahmad Waza still in custody party spokesperson strongly condemned

People’s league chairman Mukhtar Ahmad waza was today still kept in custody jkpl spokesperson Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi has strongly condemned the continuous detention of party chairman and has termed this act as undemocratic. Meanwhile jkpl chairman during detention has thanked people of Kashmir for making aphc program successful. Waza said “Democracy is termed as the battle of ideas and ideologies. Also freedom of expression is the basic right of every individual of the modern world and that the same is also among the very foundations of every democratic country. To vote or to boycott is the basic right of every person but to inflict torture of worst nature upon the ones who boycott the election fray and to restrict their movements is in itself the negation of the democratic norms that cannot be but termed as undemocratic and uncivilized,” ” he said. said Kashmiri freedom fighters has given their hot blood for the basic right of freedom . As already the land of Kashmir is marked with blood sheds and walls are colored with blood of youths and hundreds of localities in Kashmir are converted in martyred grave yards Thousands in numbers Kashmiri youths were disappeared the prestigious honor of our sisters and mothers are disgraced by forces and ,The whole responsibilities of these incidents are upon Indian government and present collation in Kashmir for their basic political interests they had converted whole Kashmir into a big prison like situation.
Waza termed Tosmaidan lease as totally inhuman and this lease has made the life of Tosmaidan locality a hell and topography of Tosmaidan has badly affected by the presence of forces in this land and Waza has demands the ending of Tosmaidan lease and we want to remind the government that the lease period is expiring soon if the lease is not ended the whole Kashmir will stand in favor of Tosmaidan locality and will go for an intensified agitation.
