Police detained Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in Islamabad, not allowed to visit martyrs families
Paid tributes to Islamabad Martyrs, expressed sympathy with Hizb Chief
 Srinagar, June 29: Police today again detained Chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Mukthar Waza and not allowed to visit the families of martyrs-Shujat-ul-Islam, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khanday and Imtiyaz Ahmad Itoo, who were killed in cool blooded murder in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district on 29th of June in 2010.
Party spokesman, Imitiyaz Ahmad Reshi condemned police action and termed the action mere frustration of puppet authorities.
On the directions of Party Chairman, a delegation comprising Nazir Ahmad Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Shabir Ahmad and others visited the families of martyrs and paid glowing tributes to them besides expressing sympathy with the families. Senior APHC Leaders Mohd Musadiq Aaadil, Abdul Majeed Wani, Farooq Mamosi, Ghualm Hussan Mir also visited families of martyrs and paid rich tributes to them.
Earlier, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza In a statement said that the sacrifices of teenagers who were killed during this year are the supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri nation which will not be allowed to go waste.
“The innocent children, who fought back Indian troops during this ‘Year of Killing’ (2010) by peaceful means and achieved martyrdom, are supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri nation and world community must not underestimate these sacrifices.” Waza said, adding international community is more responsible for the Kashmir bloodshed than India.
Waza said that the International community has the responsibility of protecting fundamental human rights of each and every citizen living in any part of the world.
“In Kashmir India armed continues to commit grave human rights violations, Innocent Kashmiri youth are being killed on each passing day, torchoured, imprisoned as well as our sisters and mothers are being harassed just to suppress the ongoing freedom  movement.” Waza said, adding international community has maintained a criminal silence which is unacceptable.
He said that men in uniform involved in the cool blooded murder of three Islamabad innocent youth are roaming freely alike several others who are involved in the killing of innocent kashmiri people and have promoted instead of giving them stern punishment.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza also expressed symapothy and solidarity with family Hizb-ul-Mujahdeen Chief Syed Sallah-u-Deen over the sad demise of his wife in Souibugh Budgam yesterday evening. He prayed for the departed soul and said that contributions of all those mothers who deputed their dear ones for fighting against the India’s illegal occupation can’t be ignored.
