Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, when he along with party senior leader Nazir Ahmad
Khan was on way to Dahruna Wantpora Kokernag to express the sympathy
with the family of Ahsan-ul-Haq who was injured by armed forces a few
days ago when he is playing football in the evening.
Party spokesman Imtiyaz Reshi condemned police action and said that heavy contingent
of police arrested Mukhtar Ahmad Waza at Dialgam. He said that Party
chairman along senior vice chairman, Nazir Ahmad Khan was scheduled to
visit the family of 14 years old Ahsan-ul-Haq at Dahruna Wantpora who
received bullet injuries, when frustrated Indian armed forces fired
upon him when he was playing football. He said that Waza Shab shifted
to Police Station Sherbagh later.
Spokesman said that it has the height of Indian army’s oppression that
the Kashmiri kids were not even being allowed to play games. “When the
people of Kashmir flooded streets to protest the Israeli aggression in
Gaza, the Indian armed forces got frustrated and tried to muzzle the
aspirations of people by showering bullets on peaceful protesters.” He
said, adding on the directions of Israel, India and its armed forces
were violating the human rights of the people by resorting innocent
killings of men, women and children.
“What Gaza is witnessing today, Kashmir is witnessing it since from
past over six decades.” Spokesman said, while urging international
community to pressurize India and Israel for oppressing the innocent
people demanding their genuine rights.
